GoogleThe customer service at Clyde Bearsden is outstanding for a number of reasons. Helpful staff who always call you back and are happy to help. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale goes through seamlessly which can be quite difficult at times dealing with Solicitors! Big well done to Nicola and the team who I wont hesitate to use in the future!

GoogleVery attentive staff. Love the MyClyde portal where you can see all comments and communication between the agents and viewers and potential buyers. Did what they said they would do, efficiently. Shout out to Asia who was the main reason for choosing Clyde. She makes herself available 24/7. Only downside, we don’t get as much as we were expecting for our house sale., albeit it sold at closing date.

The portal which is now being used keeps you up to date with the progress of the sale at all times as it is constantly being updated. GoogleWhen I went to collect the keys to the house I purchased, I was sent to an office that is closed for serious renovations. I was told to go to this particular office but it was obviously a work site and had been for some time. Then, when I went to the other office just before 3pm, they only had one set of keys. 10 minutes after I left, the office rang to say the previous owner was on his way with the other set of keys. I was asked if I wanted to return and wait for him but on a Friday afternoon, I had no desire to return to the Byres Road area. So I had to make yet another trip to collect the keys over the weekend. Hardly the end of the world but certainly not the standards I expect from professionals.

GoogleFor 9 years my wife and I rented our property in Bearsden through Clyde Property and during the early years it was fairly plain sailing. Unfortunately in the last 2 years or so the tenant made life difficult for all of us. In October 2023 our tenant finally vacated the property and to help us sell we automatically used the services of Clyde Property and Gavin Fleming in particular. It would appear that Nicola(?) also had a hand in the proceedings. From day one we received extensive help and advice as to how we should proceed and what repairs etc should be done. Because we were absent landlords /sellers , Gavin provided much more than just the standard sales person services and ensured the property was kept safe ,allowed workmen to get access ,helped with energy supply arrangements and always responded quickly to any enquiries Truly 10 out of 10 service . I would have no hesitation in recommending Gavin and the sales team at Bearsden to sell property. Thank you

GoogleVery impressed with Clyde's service. The photos, video and 'Matterport' 3D walkthough were all of a very high quality. I was kept updated by phone regarding viewings, and there is also an easy-to-use online 'portal' which shows info about the viewings, and a note of the feedback received. I managed to sell my house just over two weeks after it was marketed, and I'm very satisfied with the efforts the Bearsden team put into getting me the best price.

GoogleViewed a property for let with Clyde Property and had a terrible experience. Property was in a terrible condition requiring many repairs. The agent couldn't even get the outside door open and eventually forced through and broke part of the wall off (picture shown below). Her name was Carol and she didn't know anything about the property at all and when we would ask about details her response was "well are you going to take it or not, otherwise it's just academic finding these things out for you". Property also had black mould and cracking in the bathroom with many other walls and fixtures requiring painting. Carol had a complete disregard for our position and adopted a patronising tone throughout the viewing. She was also late and instructed us to "get the gate open" when she arrived. We are still waiting on the office getting back to us but we will obviously avoid this agent and their properties altogether.
