Very disappointed I have trusted this agent when I was abroad to take care of my research. She hided some important facts regarding the property, sent me a video only showing the qualities and she put the pressure on me to committ at a high price and longer term than I wanted and I ended up living in front of a trashbin warehouse with constant noise and disturbances. She is not professional, she is not honest, and she will show disrespect when you will claim for things. I do not recommend these agents really. They are only interested in making money quickly whatever conditions you will be in after your move. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

From our very first telephone contact with a member of Knight Frank, we have felt that they had our interests at heart as well as those of their sellers. The lady who initially showed us around the property was enthusiastic and helpful. Those questions that she could not answer on the spot were covered later on. Thereafter the whole process has been smooth with regards to KF involvement all the way from acceptance of our off through to exchange. We felt that we could liase with KF staff and that we would get considered advice with a smile! Altogether a great experience.

As a buyer I had a terrible experience with these people. They are horrible people, very unprofessional and incompetent. They were very aggressive after the offer was accepted, pushing for a completion date less than 30 days after offer was accepted, and were very rude in their communication until exchange. After completion, I had some issues to do with the state of the house and the fixtures and they were not forwarding my communication to the sellers, weren't responsive to my emails and offered no support in getting all keys to the property. AVOID!!!!EDIT: As most businesses do, KnightFrank was quick to reply to my review with some copy - pasted content. In my interactions with them they never said sorry when they were wrong or made mistakes, it's funny to see it the first time in a public reply to a review. Optics matter, doing your job and being professional doesn't.

Following a personal recommendation from my sister in law for the excellent service that she had received from Knight Frank estate agents re the selling of her home I chose Knight Frank Worcester to sell my home in Worcestershire. I was not disappointed with the excellent service provided by their Worcester office from valuation through to exchange of contracts. The valuation range for my property was accurate and a fair reflection of market prices for my property. This not only encouraged potential buyers to visit property it meant that an acceptable offer was made within a short period of time avoiding the frustration of having to reduce the price. Lines of communication between the Knight Frank team handling the sale of my property between myself,buyer and solicitor was first class.
