GoogleExchanged contracts on the purchase of our new home today and so much credit to Dee and the Hamptons team in helping make it happen within 6 weeks. Dee has been a joy to work with. Her caring personality, ability to listen and understand our (many) requirements and her thoughtfulness has ultimately got us to this successful conclusion. GoogleLisa and the team at Hampton's offer a truly fabulous service. They have been overwhelmingly friendly, efficient and informative. I'm new to the area and they made a real effort to point me in all the right directions. They didn't even blink when I had to l tell them that I'd locked myself out of the flat barefoot on a rainy day. Lisa was there in 10 minutes with both a smile and a spare set of keys. Not sure what else I could ask for really. 6 stars.

GoogleI was initially slightly discouraged but the onerous looking contract and seemingly higher than average charges, but Hamptons have provided thoroughly professional and excellent service. I realised they are "reassuringly expensive", enabling them to provide the highest levels of service. The tenants they found were ideal (twice now), and every team member I have encountered has been at the top of their game and not a single ball has been dropped. This includes the initial sales contact and negotiations with Nicola, the photography and sales literature, viewings through Charlotte and Jackie and subsequent rental guidance and set up; support from Tuul and property management from Jana all excellent too. Jana's ongoing management has been exemplary and her communication ideal. All trades people appointed by the team have turned up on time and done exactly what was asked. Many thanks to all the team. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe bought a family home through Hamptons Beaconsfield recently. I could not recommend this team more. Our primary dealings were with Claire, but interacted with several members of the team including Sam, John and Sally - who were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. We always received good advice, regular emails and phone calls to keep us updated (very important to stay sane in a drawn out process...), and lots of help chasing up various people to make the sale go through. I can also say that, having seen properties through almost all the other major agents in Beaconsfield, that there is a definite gap between Hamptons and the others. I wish them all the best for the future.

GoogleGood team. Ive been letting with them for years and no complaints. Great to deal with.Its very important to me that that letting and maintenance operate out of the same location, unlike some of their competitors..Genuinely try to sort issues when the arise. Do a great job re letting the property when the need arises and have been a great help with less than flexible tenants (only really happened once). I enjoy the relationship. Business like but always fun which is how I like it! By way of an update three years on..The team are delivering the same good service and advice. I have just refurbed the major property that is under their management and confident that they will do a good job re-letting it. The team of Jacqui, Charlotte, Tuul and Nicola in Beaconsfield and Trelawny in Maidenhead continue to provide good service. They know I have come to expect the exceptional from this team and Im sure they will deliver it once again. A good ongoing working relationship. Thanks guys.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Beaconsfield through Hamptons. The entire team were a pleasure to deal with from the day we started looking to the day we completed on the house. They listened to our requirements, offered practical advice on the likely costs and timing of the building and renovation work we were contemplating, made recommendations for architects and financial advisors (who we ended up using extremely successfully!), were proactive throughout the conveyancing process going well beyond the call of duty, and kept us informed in a way we have never experienced before from an estate agency. Absolutely first class service. We cannot recommend this team highly enough. Well done Hamptons Beaconsfield and thank you!

We had started with another agent and are so pleased we switched to Hamptons. GoogleHamptons have gone above and beyond during this very stressful time whilst selling my fathers property. The sale was not plain sailing but the staff were always at the end of the phone to encourage and advise. They kept me updated and informed supporting me all the way. I am very grateful and especially to Ellisia and Dee who played such a big part in finding potential buyers.
