We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

Ms Lucy Desborough, the senior property manager has looked after my property very well and has been extremely efficient in helping with repairs needed, keeping the property in good order and attending promptly to the tenants requests.
