The team at Ashington Page, led by Tracey, have been absolutely superb in supporting us through our recent sale and purchase. Selling, buying, and moving home is notoriously stressful. Tracey was a calm and considered advocate throughout - she really helped us to navigate quite a complicated transaction. At every step, she communicated quickly and clearly and was incredibly patient. She was also so kind and empathetic - qualities that we really appreciated in the trickier moments along the journey! The whole team at AP are lovely to deal with, and it really felt like a team effort. If you are thinking of selling in the Beaconsfield area you won't get better service, local knowledge or support than Ashington Page.

Outstanding service from start to finish If you’re looking for an estate agent that genuinely goes the extra mile, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashington Page. Selling a house can be stressful, but the team made the whole process as smooth as possible. They were proactive, professional and always kept things moving. Looking back, I don’t think I appreciated just how much they were doing behind the scenes to get the sale over the line. I recently completed on a rather protracted house sale. The property was somewhat niche and there were a few setbacks along the way. Despite this all of the staff at Ashington Page always remained very positive, and very helpful. Communication was particularly good and I was always kept up to date in a timely manner. Its is fair to say that they went above and beyond the normal assistance I would expect from an estate agent. I have no hesitation in recommending them. When I need an estate agent in the future, I certainly will not go anywhere else.

We purchased our apartment through Ashington Page, they didn’t mind how many times we wanted to see the property and once we had our offer accepted they relayed any further queries to the vendor. On the day of completion there was a prolonged delay in us waiting to take possession of the keys though this had nothing to do with them, they couldn’t be more helpful and in particular staff member named Lisa who stayed beyond her normal working hours to ensure we got the keys before the solicitor closed for the weekend. If in the future we decide to move we would definitely use this estate agent.

All of the estate agents we met were lovely; informative, kind, honest, patient with our two young kids. They’re all very knowledgeable about the area which was a huge help. Once we were in the buying process they were always responsive and reassuring and generally a pleasure to deal with (never thought I’d say that about an estate agent.) We’ve found our forever home with them but when we do eventually sell, it’ll be with Ashington Page.
