FacebookI can't recommend Steve and One Estate's enough. From the initial contact the service was exceptional. Steve valued the property 5% higher than the high street agents and achieved the asking price. Incredible value for money and saved us a fortune in fee's. I would not use anyone else in the future

Have been renting a flat from one estates since March 2018, I have dealt with Tracey from day 1, after moving back from travelling Australia and New Zealand I had nothing but the clothes on my back and the hope that someone would give me a chance at re starting back home, Tracey was the only one who gave me that chance! Very professional, friendly and always at the end of the phone when I need her, even when my toilet broke at 6pm on a Sunday night! She arranged contractors to contact me within the hour and they were with me first thing Monday morning! Always very efficient! I am now looking at another rental property with one estates and was so pleased that Tracey was also managing that property! And I have every faith that she’ll do everything possible to get me, my partner and his twins into our first family home! Thank you for everything so far Tracey and everything to come! 100% would recommend!

GoogleOn their VW they have deliberately broken the law in having "Display Only" number plates. They have not conformed to the correct lettering and spacing. If they set out to deliberately break the law on their vehicles then you should be very wary of doing business with them.
Hi Doris, Thanks for your comments about my number plates. This is my personal vehicle, my motorhome is the same. It bears no reference to the quality service we offer to our Clients. Over 4500 delighted home movers throughout east anglia in the last 16 years. Thanks for the 'heads up' though, I think I am supposed to display a postcode too according too so I am told. I was told off by a policeman quite recently who agreed that there far more worrying things going on the world than number plate spacing. If you ever meet me you will no doubt experience the fact that I am a nice chap and only have my best intentions for the customers I am working with. GoogleAvoid at all costs, went for the pay upfront option which was a big mistake, as once he had his money he put it on Rightmove and not much else, had to go with another agent which sold straight away. Also attitude was bad and quite rude.

Googlejust don't use them. they don't reply to you, don't care once they have your money, you may as well do all the work yourself. had to organise everything and ended up going through purchase estate agents to get any information. there are far better estate agents out there.
