GoogleVery pleased with my experience of RWW. Thank you to the Battle team for keeping me up to date and well informed with my purchase. They were great in organizing viewings as I wanted to see the property more than once and had contractors pop in and out of the property. A special thanks to Tess who did my viewings and for getting me in touch with my mortgage advisor who managed to get me a great offer within less than a week. Would recommend and will use again when looking to buy.

GoogleWe were so impressed with Pat and the team’s service during our recent purchase of a property. They were really accommodating of us needing to do separate viewings, as well as bringing our children along to see the house. We also had a few things that needed sorting out before we exchanged; like a microwave replacement and a door that needed fixing. Pat went over and above to help us and checked that we were happy with the end result. We are very thankful their professional and top class service we received and would highly recommend Rush Witt and Wilson Battle to buy from or sell through.

GoogleWe purchased through the Rush, Witt and Wilson branch in Battle and are picking up the keys tomorrow! We were looked after throughout the whole process by the team. I have been very impressed with the service they provide, from the first viewing with Tess, to the second and final viewings with Suzy we were allowed to explore the property at our pace and never pressured or pushed for time. For the entire duration of our purchase, Amira has been working hard keeping us constantly up to date and chasing when required without us even need to ask. I cannot fault them. Pat has a great team at the Battle branch! Thank you to the whole team for all your effort on our purchase!

From the moment I first phoned the office in Hastings I felt confident that my sale was in the right hands. I was fortunate to speak to an incredibly dynamic young man named Liam. How lucky I was. From start to finish he oversaw my sale with expert knowledge, confidence and understanding. With his help I was able to sell my home rapidly to exactly the right buyer and in turn able to buy my dream property. I seriously can't thank him enough. Mark the manager was brilliant too. Between them they gave me their professional insight regarding my expectations versus what I could achieve which was absolutely invaluable to being able to successfully sell and buy without having to wait very long. I sold and bought in six weeks which was perfect. I can't recommend the team at RWW Hastings highly enough. Everything was spot on! Thank you, especially to Liam and Mark.

As first time buyers, Suzy’s open and honest approach provided reassurance as we searched for a house and her commitment to helping us find the right house was unwavering. We couldn’t have asked for more support. Tess was also brilliant in all her communications with us at offer stage. Tess was prompt and efficient, clear and direct which was greatly appreciated as we were new to the process. Overall we would absolutely recommend working with Rush Witt and Wilson!

GoogleWe had already sold our home in London when we started looking for a property in the South East. We found Rush Witt & Wilson to have a good variety of properties, but it was our dealings with Ben that was outstanding. In the whole of the six months we were searching for our home, Ben was one of the very few agents who would give us regular phone calls and listings. Ben provided a very personal service, and when things did seem desperate, he always had honest words of encouragement. A highly efficient and personable professional to work with. He also had a wonderful sense of humour!!!

I selected ‘Rush Witt & Wilson’ to market my house and have been extremely impressed ,from the very start, with their proactive and professional approach. The initial preparation for market was informed, thorough and prompt. The virtual tour and listing together with photographs produced is nothing less than excellent. Scott Rea ,in particular ,is very focused and has worked really hard he is a very good communicator and I have been kept informed every step of the way. As a result of his efforts the house had 3 viewings within the first week. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

Although the staff were polite and friendly, I had a very negative experience using this company when trying to purchase two grade 2 listed properties in northiam and bodiam. The owner of the northiam property would not confirm if the private drainage was compliant and we waited weeks and it cost us over £2000. The owner would not progress the sale when we offered an alternative way forward. I complained to the branch manager. He showed my complaint to other staff members but never replied to me. The property went straight back on the market even though the vendor would not sort out the drainage and the company completely disregarded my concerns. The next purchasers might fall into the same situation we did and the company do not want to take any responsibility regarding how this effects the buyers. The second property in bodiam was just coming on the market and was disclosed to us that a member of staff was related to the vendor. They assured as the sale could move quickly and if the drainage was not compliant the vendor would sort it out. We agreed to the full asking price and waited for the compliance to be confirmed. We waited another 2 weeks but still wasn't told if it was compliant and also if it was not we would need to pay towards it. The cottage is now back on the market at £20k more than the original price! What I experienced does not seem very professional. BEWARE of private drainage and false promises.

GoogleThe RRW team at the Battle branch couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout the sale of our flat. Their expertise at negotiating and communicating complex and nuanced areas of property law in relation to flying freeholds was fundamental to us being able to complete. There were days when they handled multiple calls and emails to our buyer, our vendor and his solicitor and our solicitor. David, Tim and Harry were superb and completely exceeded our expectations. I think that if it were not for the teams professionalism and dedication, we wouldn’t be in our new home. The quality of photography and marketing materials was also excellent, thanks to Emma. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleFantastic service from beginning to end. 99 viewings in total which was impressive. Patrick could not have been more helpful, he really does know his stuff. The photos and videos were great, including the drone images. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Definitely would be my first go to if I ever needed an Estate Agent again.
