From the moment we met Brad, from Ewe Move Basingstoke, we had a really good feeling about him. Friendly and professional, which is absolutely what you want. He was sensible with his valuation and explained what we would need to do to get the best outcome. Which was really important for us as we'd never sold a house before. We did have a lot of questions and Brad answered them well. We had excellent communications with Brad throughout the whole process so we knew exactly what was going on with viewings and then offers. We sold in 4 weeks which we were thrilled about and even through the next process leading to exchange, Brad was there to help and advise. I had a couple of people stop me outside my house and ask if I thought Ewe Move was good and I said Yes without hesitation and said they should call up Ewe Move and ask for Brad. I would highly recommend Ewe Move to anyone and I'm so glad we chose them for our house sale. In fact, we were so impressed, that we are also going to be using them for the sale of our rental property very shortly. Thank You Brad and Ewe Move.

We were so impressed with Pat and the team’s service during our recent purchase of a property. I selected ‘Rush Witt & Wilson’ to market my house and have been extremely impressed ,from the very start, with their proactive and professional approach. The initial preparation for market was informed, thorough and prompt. The virtual tour and listing together with photographs produced is nothing less than excellent. Scott Rea ,in particular ,is very focused and has worked really hard he is a very good communicator and I have been kept informed every step of the way. Bad experience

Although the staff were polite and friendly, I had a very negative experience using this company when trying to purchase two grade 2 listed properties in northiam and bodiam. The owner of the northiam property would not confirm if the private drainage was compliant and we waited weeks and it cost us over £2000. The owner would not progress the sale when we offered an alternative way forward. I complained to the branch manager. He showed my complaint to other staff members but never replied to me. The property went straight back on the market even though the vendor would not sort out the drainage and the company completely disregarded my concerns. The next purchasers might fall into the same situation we did and the company do not want to take any responsibility regarding how this effects the buyers. The second property in bodiam was just coming on the market and was disclosed to us that a member of staff was related to the vendor. They assured as the sale could move quickly and if the drainage was not compliant the vendor would sort it out. We agreed to the full asking price and waited for the compliance to be confirmed. We waited another 2 weeks but still wasn't told if it was compliant and also if it was not we would need to pay towards it. The cottage is now back on the market at £20k more than the original price! What I experienced does not seem very professional. BEWARE of private drainage and false promises.
