As a tenant, I've had mixed experiences with property management companies in the past so when my private landlord decided to move the management of my home to Silks Estates, I was slightly concerned that I was in for the usual poor care and service I've experienced in the past. However, I needn't have worried, Aysha, Imran and the team have been nothing but responsive, friendly and professional and I can only say good things about my experience as a tenant. I can 100% recommend Silks Estates - they're a well run family business who really care.

I have been a tenant with Silks Estates for over two years and have never encountered any issues with them. I felt at home, and I appreciated how their staff combine professionalism with a strong sense of humanity. Every time I've contacted them about a problem, they've been exceptionally helpful and respectful. When we decided to relocate to a different area, they assisted with the transition. The deposit was returned to me within a week after my departure. They are without a doubt among the best in the city. I highly recommend them.

Arrange to view a property, but it was cancelled, absolutely disgusting, when you book someone in for a viewing let them view and give them the opportunity to put there applications in, you kept ringing me to arrange a viewing, which I did, then you bloody cancel, absolutely sham of a company, would not let or sell my house through this company 🤬🤬🤬, would give no stars if able to do so.........

You can rent if someone is stupid enough to be a guarantor that’s it. Company policy. If like many others no one will be a guarantor then don’t bother enquiring about a property. Or that’s even if you work full time and not on benefits. Waste of time
