Property Connections Bathgate reviews

A perfect example of how using a GOOD local agent can outweigh any of the big Highstreet names and Solicitor firms. By instructing Niall McCabe to sell our house, we achieved around £80,000 (20%) more than what other agents were estimating the value to be. Niall's local knowledge on the demand of individual streets and market trends has sold our house for vastly more than expected and we are thrilled with what he has managed to do for us. This level of detail and information just isn't feasible for corporate agents. The process was faultless from start to finish with great communication, continuous updates from the team and a quick sale achieved following some excellent negotiation from Niall. We conducted our own viewings however the team always offered to carry these out on our behalf. I have several years experience in the property industry and can wholeheartedly say that Niall McCabe is the standout option for property sales in West Lothian. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I have sold with Niall, this was my fathers house who had passed away, this was challenging living in NZ but Niall did everything, due to the time difference answered me at all hours of the night, nothing was a problem for him, highly recommend him, if you are thinking of selling, would not look at anyone else, his selling fees are very competitive and worth every penny xx

From the first point of contact to preparing our flat for marketing, to fielding questions about all kinds of things, with me often full of anxious waffle, the team at Property Connections have been nothing short of brilliant. Chris, Karen and Sharon have been so professional but also the human side of what has been a really stressful long-distance move - all fairly routine obstacles but still at lot at stake. They were genuinely instrumental in getting the sale completed. It wouldn’t have happened without their care, diplomacy, insight and efficiency. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

If anyone is looking to sell their flat/house etc…please look no further & go to Property Connections Estate Agents in Bathgate. My husband & I have used them in the past & now recently again (hopefully our last as age is setting in now 😂). Words can’t express how much we appreciate the work they do cos Sharon, Annette, Kirsten, Shirley (& now Niall who has recently joined the team) are excellent at the service they provide starting from the first phone call you make until your property is sold & have your new property keys in your hand. What a lovely team!!! Thank you so much. ❤️ Mr & Mrs McDonald

I moved from another estate agent that just weren't getting any viewings. PC were much better. Gave me better advice and the marketing was much more professional. Two viewings on first day. First viewing and the house was sold. The sale itself went through fairly smoothly too.
