GoogleVery incompetent service. Mr. Sebastian tried to sell me a pig in a poke! Before he gave me any offer, I had to agree to one upfront! Even if I was worse than my bank. And their internet doesn't work?? In the 21st century, when all data can be sent via email, the man wants to meet at the office and see the documents.

GoogleTwice now, I have asked for someone to contact me, once regarding the making of a will and secondly to get a certificate to authorise the withdrawal of poa. In the first instance, I had the will completed by the time they had called me back. In the second instance, I am still awaiting a call some 3 weeks later. Needless to say, I have gone elsewhere and will not deal with this practice again. Brian

GoogleI contacted Ceaser and howie was allocated a lawyer and was told I was too request my own social work files that was on behalf of myself which was the lawyers job and have had no contact since. I am appalled at the service as soon as I had said I was requesting legal aid it seemed like my case no longer mattered and was swept under the rug.
