GoogleExcellent experience overall. The agency supported me from the very beginning until the day I moved out. They helped me with all the paperwork and always kept me informed. GoogleIf I could leave 0 stars I would...... This company or the guy I spoke to at least is a joke. I phoned to enquire about any suitable properties and whilst speaking to the guy (didn't get his name) he asked me what my situation is..... As soon as I started explaining he hung up on me........ I called back, he answered and as soon as I said I'd just spoken to him a second ago he hung up again....... I've tried phoning 3 times since but now he isn't even answering the phone. I only wanted to find out if there are any properties in the area that I may be interested in. I probably should have read the reviews first 🤣 I'll cross this company off my list for sure 😡

GoogleHad no issues getting into the property, everyone was very helpful! Once in the property I was promised the garden would be sorted which it wasn’t, I then paid out of pocket £40 for garden to be done as it was a mess. I was promised I would get at least some of the money back, however didn’t. Been out of the property for 2 + months and can’t get in touch with anyone regarding the deposit. No one is answering calls, emails…. Tried to contact the deposit Scotland and the deposit isn’t in my name so they can’t realise the details. Avoid- definitely something dodgy going on with them!

GoogleEmailed about a property they had for sale - no response. Phoned 4 days later, that'll be G##### , I'll let him know you called! Still nothing so again 2 days later called them, only to be told flat was no longer for sale, rent only! I know the previous tenants moved out within last 10 days! Have to say this business shows a total lack of Customer service on all levels 👎👎

GoogleIf I could give zero I would. I have never come across such a shady agent in my life. Not only is Ahmed a habitual liar, he fobs people off constantly. Our tenancy has just ended and when applying for our deposit back he took his time then suddenly there were issues. We will fight this all the way and just filling in paperwork for small claims court for compensation.
