Al helped us find our new home in Bear Flat, Bath a few months ago. The market was crazy before the stamp duty holiday ended, but Al was great at letting us know when things were coming on to the market. I think we ended up offering on 4 properties listed with Al, and finally got lucky with number 4. He lives in the area so is hugely knowledgeable about the area. He gave us all sorts of info which we hadn’t even thought that was super useful (i.e the cost of visitor car permits). We looked at a lot of houses during our search, and spoke to a lot of agents during that time. Al was easily the nicest, most down to earth, and least sales-y agent. He treated each house with care, and knew them all intimately (unlike some agents who turned up and didn’t know anything about the property). The valuations on the properties always seemed fair too.
