After viewing a property, I let them know I was interested in moving forward with renting the property I met all their requirements which we went through before and during the viewing, and significantly exceeded the minimum salary required for renting the property, but recieved no response even though Olly told me he would call me the next day. Emailed again 4 days later to follow up, still no response. I called multiple times, no answer. Ollie eventually answered, confirmed he had recieved my emails and said he'd email me the questions and let the landlord know I was interested, however multiple calls and 3 emails later - still no response and never emailed me back. While Ollie was friendly during the viewing, the lack of communication even to say I didn't get the property or giving an explanation is outright rude and disrespectful, especially considering I travelled 2-3 hours to get there and the property is still being advertised as available to rent.

I have been renting from WoER for 3 years and throughtout that time, they have been a great team who responded to all issues extremely quickly and efficiently. Any visits (maintenance, inspection, etc...) where arranged in around us and always made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. If I was to be looking for property in the area again, they would be my first choice for an agency. I would give 6 stars if it were possible! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Lewington at West of England residential and it was the best experience I have ever had with a letting agency by a good mile. She was incredibly responsive, understanding and she went out of her way to make securing the tenancy as straightforward and stress free as possible. She had no problem answering any of my questions and reassured me on any concerns. It really couldn't have been a more positive experience and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with her. If you're looking for a reputable, friendly and honest letting agency service, ask for Sarah and you needn't look any further! Absolutely outstanding.

Tried on several occasions to speak with this agent regarding viewing a property advertised on Rightmove. Called, left messages & emailed repeatedly & received no response. Wouldn’t consider renting with this company as they can’t even respond to enquiries- can’t imagine what it would be like if there was a maintenance issue. Only one star as can’t give zero.

Even tho it says in our contract that they are supposed to keep the house up! They dodge my phone call and do not reply to my vioce mails. I am actually disgusted with this service. Diabolical.

Extremely good service from viewing + start till end of tenancy. Agent sent keys by post to my parents when I failed to pick them up in time before moving in. Maintenance issues with boiler and general bits and bobs were responded and rectified with in days of alerting them. Hard to imagine a better, more efficient agent!

Impossible to get any response to our emails. Work, when done, is poorly supervised or not supervised at all. Work that was totally inadequate has been passed and we have had to foot the bill. Promises to put things right have not been honoured. This abysmal situation has persisted for several years now.
