The Trusted AgentSupportive to sellers and buyers throughout the sale.
We were struggling to find the right home until we happened upon Tynings. Having had our offer accepted we were kept informed and given support by Nikki and Ben through a rather bumpy ride with the utmost professionalism and care. We really appreciated their support and understanding. Following our move the aftercare and advice we received was brilliant. An on-going issue required sorting - Nikki and Ben gave us advice and guidance - ultimately we had a solution thanks to Nikki.

The Trusted AgentOutstanding Service
We have just purchased a property through Tynings. The standard of service we received was simply outstanding. From the outset it was clear that Ben and Nikki had done their research on the property. They were very accommodating when we asked for repeat viewings and steered us through the offer and subsequent acceptance process in a straight-forward and empathetic manner - even though there was other interest in the property, there was none of the awful price-chasing we have experienced with other estate agents.. Once the offer was accepted, we felt that Ben and Nikki were working hard behind the scenes to keep the process moving - and at just over two months from offer to completion, they obviously did a good job.

The Trusted AgentSuperb professional, personal service
The service that Ben and Nikki Purnell provide at Tynings is superb. Having had little interest in over 6 months when registered with a large agent in Bath, I had 6 viewings and an offer within 2 weeks of changing to Tynings. The service is friendly, personal yet highly professional, and was maintained from the day I registered until the day of completion. The buyer was as impressed with their service as I was.
One very impressed and satisfied client !

We are relocating to Bath having lived in Surrey for 30 years, if we move again Tynings would be our first choice to help us find our perfect property.
