As a former FRICS I knew of Strutt & Parker's presence in the market and am glad that I chose them for their effective handling from the initial instruction, through marketing and close, personal involvement at critical points in the sale, keeping it on track and bringing to a very satisfactory conclusion.

They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Shockingly bad company. They do not give pence for the tenants, and what an acceptably rentable property should be. Standards do not exist as far as they're concerned. The Banchory office is the worst, and cut costs for the sake of simple safety and liveable standards.

The letting team at Gerrards Cross - Charlotte, Trish and Katie - were able to find replacement tenants very quickly in April when my original tenant was made redundant due to Covid-19 and had to give up the property.

I phoned the chichester office twice and emailed about a property we were interested in and had no response i even explained the 2nd time no-one had come back to me still no response very unprofessional and disappointing .
