Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.

I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you have to pay an estate agent fee then you can’t begrudge paying it to Hamptons. Hard working, honest and always there to help smooth things along.
