GoogleWe could not thank this amazing team enough with all the support and regular communication we had when purchasing our first home. We would love to say a huge thank you to Mark, from viewing the first ever house we viewed as first time buyers (to it now being our forever home) up to completion. Andrew stepped up towards the end and answered any queries we had, so thank you. Everyone is so helpful and so kind. We couldn’t fault them in anyway, truly amazing team! Thank you! 😁

GoogleInvited Chequers to valuate our house and was really impressed. Mark Allen was strictly on time and explained to us in detail the rationale of his recommended price and the sale process, as well as gave us advice on our situation and the current market. Also his marketing materials were comprehensive and personalised. Although we chose to go with another agent (nothing wrong with Chequers at all, and it was a really tough decision), we believe Mark's professionalism is exemplary. We definitely would recommend Mark and Chequers in Basingstoke.

GoogleChequers are brilliant. Andrew arranged us a viewing for the property within 3 hours of my call & we had our offer accepted by 4pm the next day. After a pretty soul destroying property search this was a breath of fresh air. We were kept updated throughout the process and they were very patient when Nationwide wanted to know the ins and outs of a ducks backside before providing our mortgage offer. We completed within 8 weeks of our offer being accepted and could not be happier with our new home! Thank you so much all

GoogleI contacted four estate agents and four surveyors with regards to a plot of land I wanted to buy next to my house. Steve at Chequers was the only one to respond... We arranged a convenient for him to pop by, he arrived when expected and he was very helpful. The whole meeting took five minutes and Steve won't make any money from the deal due to the size of the plot but I would certainly Chequers over all other Estate agents in Basingstoke.
