TrustpilotAwful experience
An awful experience working with Kemsley's valuations team on a loan application with my bank. (This is for an agricultural business in the UK).
They have undervalued my assets by 30% compared to another valuer appointed at the same time, refused to engage in conversations to justify their decisions, and have been frankly wrong on multiple occasions. This has negatively impacted my loan application and means I can not longer proceed with the project as planned.
Overall, a horrendous experience, made even worseby the thought that I have had to pay them for the privilege.
DO NOT HIRE THEM

Trustpilotvery later back and poor service
I'm trying to get hold of someone and still haven't managed to do so. Also, very inconsistent with their approach from branch to branch. very late back and and if i were a landlord I would never use them to find a tenant

TrustpilotA bunch of Bullys!
This firm are bullys and threaten with Bailiffs when we withheld rent due to them not providing us documents we are entitled to. Would give 0 Stars if possible.

GoogleNot sure how they are still in business, three call to three different numbers, two voicemails left and one message left with a real person. Not a single call back. Obviously not in need of renters.
