End of tenancy, I was only in the property three years, whole house redecorated. Problems never resolved. skirting boards, walls, etc. DPS were astounded at the jobs I had to do. A cheek a lot of the cleaning especially when the landlord/current owner refused to do anything about the problems with the pigeons. This is a massive issue in the area. I lived with rotten doors in the utility room, blown windows, so I was met with very cold winters as the seals had clearly gone. I was told the Double Glazing Dr in Barry would be out to repair/replace. This was in 2018 and I can happily provide photos showing it was NEVER done.
Windows don't come with keys so your home insurance would be invalidated. Again, I asked for this to be sorted in 2018.

Now the current owner is ill, I had to do all the work for him out of my own pocket to get my bond back and he can sell up with ease. This was con artistry at it's finest.
The landlord/current owner gave me his number and told me to.talk to him with any issues but when I asked to speak to him regarding the bullsh*t end of tenancy, he refused to speak to me and hasn't since.
House is now up for sale in Llanover Street, Barry. Potential buyers, check the floors as they've dropped in places. Botch jobs done by the landlord/current owner throughout. Please get a thorough inspection by your surveyors.
The green bedroom hasn't been green for 3 years. I painted it for my little girls then told to paint it a neutral colour when green wasn't neutral in the first place.
THE PHOTOS ADVERTISING THE PROPERTY ARE OLD ONES. THEY HAVEN'T SHOWN WHAT THE PROPETY IS LIKE NOW.
DEPOSIT WAS NEVER UPDATED WHEN THE EX LEFT. THAT WAS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. Again, reported to DPS.
One of the worst letting agents I've ever been with.

FacebookAll I can say is Vicci and team you are amazing!. My house had been on the market for 7 months with another estate agent in Barry and viewings were good but feedback was very negative and demoralising. The house was in a fantastic location, but we were demoralised and despondant with the other estate agents. We decided to change estate agents 3 weeks ago at the end of February and within 24 hours we had 3 viewings. A fourth viewing proved fruitful as we have now sold our house. We cannot thank Vicci and team enough as they were friendly, professional and positive when we were at a loss as to where to turn, confident in a sale, excellent communicators and knew the market and buyers well. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to buy or sell as we cannot thank them enough. Good luck to you all at Priory thanks

FacebookHorrendous company I thought they were great at the beginning then realised how hostile they were towards me and my partner. I had a leaking widow for months and it never got fixed so I was paying almost double to stay warm. I then left the property out of my own accord and got the remainder of my deposit back apart from sum to to minor smoke damage from candles. This is when everything went wrong I am now homeless because of this agency they gave me a bad reference so I can't get any property anymore, I didn't do anything wrong I don't owe any money and I didn't damage the property, I never had any complaints and was over all a good tenant.
Please don't use this company especially if you are young and they will screw you over. I hope you are happy priory knowing that someone is now homeless because of you 👍

I'm contemplating getting my solicitor involved as there were so many lies, cons etc from them. I could name a certain agent but I'll leave that to the legal team. You're not the only person they've done this to.

my partner went and paid our rent to you yesterday and to tell you for the 3rd time that repairs still need to be done
waking up to a flooded kitchen everyday is not what I pay my rent for my 4 year old has slipped on the floor because of this whilst making his way to the toilet (toilet is downstairs next to the kitchen )
your attitude is we will send someone out or get back to you when we hear something that is not good enough
my front door is a fire hazard the spring has gone in it so it keeps jamming meaning that we could end up locked in or locked out
my shower is broke
when it rains rain comes down the kitchen wall into the socket me and my partner had a shock because of this that when it rains now we will not use the kitchen light and also have to make sure the kids dont touch it too
cant shut kitchen window and haven't been able to since moving in over 6 years ago
I am currently seaking legal advice
also if anyone reads this that knows of a 4 bedroom property or a 3 bed parlour that accepts part payment housing benefit please contact me my rent is always paid on time and have proof of this by recipes kept from paying rent for current house have been in this house over 6 years thanks (not by choice mind as have been looking else where with no luck )

GoogleWe had a viewing booked for 4:30 yesterday which we had waited a week to go and see, a few days leading up to it,the estate agent bombarded me with calls to get me to change it to 5pm. I said yes. I then get bombarded again at 4:30 on the day asking me to get there earlier. I made it clear that I was waiting for my partner to get in and that we had to travel from penarth to Barry-baring in mind at this time there would be a lot of traffic but I said I will try my best to get there at 4:50. Shouldn’t matter anyway, our appointment was at 5pm so getting there 10 minutes early would mean nothing.We’re literally 1 minute away from the property and the estate agent rings me saying she’s had to go because she’s got an emergency doctors appointment which later on we found out was a complete lie-thanks to your really unhelpful colleague (which we knew anyway, did you really think we would believe that Vicky?). She wasn’t apologetic at all she just wanted to get to her next viewing so she could go home early! Anyway she said we can book it again any time any day and she’ll be there apparently. So I ring the estate agents and the lady was extremely unhelpful and again unapologetic, she couldn’t of given a toss, telling me that I changed the viewing to 4:50 which is absolute BS! Vicky changed it because she wanted to get home!
I ask to book it in for the next day at 5pm seems vicky said any time or day and now we have to wait until next week, so we won’t be viewing it you can shuv your viewing up your a**. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Initially rented a property out through them in Barry. 6 monthly inspections supposedly carried out for 2 years which came back as clear, the reality was the property was a hoarders paradise, disgusting. Then the fun really began, lies upon lies culminating in a sale whereby fraudulent activity took place. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
