GoogleAs an update to my previous review, I’ve had an update from the seller of the house I put an offer in.I was indeed the highest offer and Barrhead property misrepresented my position to the seller meaning I lost out on the property despite telling them my house was already sold to the council and could move quick.
I strongly recommend no one uses them. Having had experience with their rivals who are much better Kelly Residential, the difference is night and day. Dealing with estate agents who are not dodgy and competent at their jobs.
A lot of people I’ve spoke to regret using them and know now to stay clear. Choose a better estate agent and not this dodgy lot.

Following on from your multiple one star reviews.
We received an offer from your Solicitor (a very well known and well respected firm of Solicitors) for a property that we were selling at a closing date.
We asked your Solicitor to confirm if your property was sold and she advised us that she did not have a written offer for your property therefore your property was not legally sold. The executors of the estate were advised of your Solicitors reply and in receipt of all the offers that we received decided to take a chain free offer from a first time buyer which was entirely their choice. They make the final decision on who they wish to sell to and they declined your offer.
You may well have your own personal opinion of our company but we have had thousands of clients over the last 35 years who think differently.

GoogleBarrhead Property have just completed the sale of my late father's home. Everything went very smoothly and their extensive list of prospective buyers attracted a very good price for us. Everyone there is very friendly and really know their stuff! Their knowledge of the market is second to none! Thanks very much!

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service. Couldn't fault them and can't speak highly enough of the experience we had. If I was ever selling again, I would use Barrhead Property Centre in a heartbeat. Declan is a great guy - he has the perfect balance of professional and friendly, and is so so helpful with every aspect of the sale and mortgage services. There is a family feel to the service provided. Our house was sold quickly at closing date, at a higher price than we expected. If you're considering using Barrhead Property Centre, just do it, you will not regret it.

GoogleHaving dealt with them as a buyer numerous times, I am not quite sure how they manage to have so many good reviews. Very questionable business practices, very poor communication. Money seems to be the only thing that matters to these people.

Google**REAL REVIEW**
Angry and aggressive manager. **Or family run business owner Hugh**
Called me saying I could view a property that I'd enquired about that day and had to take it or leave it.
When I said I couldn't make such a short noticed viewing and asked if any other days were available they threatened me by saying I was being difficult and they could stop me getting a house.
My calls are recorded and I have the evidence to back this up.
Do not recommend.

** FAKE REVIEW ** We are a family business and do not have any "Manager" in our office. We are the only local Estate Agents and mortgage brokers office in Barrhead established since 1990 and pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to the local community. We would never at anytime speak to any client in the manner that you describe

GoogleWe cannot thank Mark, Declan and the team at BPC for selling our property in Neilston. After a year from hell and having to buy out of contract with Countrywide, Paisley. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with such kind, courteous and helpful estate agents.

GoogleI sold two properties through Barrhead Property Centre and all members of staff were great to deal with. During this time the level of service provided has been exceptional. I was informed about the progress of the sale the whole time. And was positively surprised that both properties sold in one week. I will certainly be using them in future when it comes to selling my property.
Although I wouldn't use solicitor recommend by BPC.
