Wonderful estate agents, always go the extra mile. We have been frankly lucky to have Nic Chbat and his team selling our unique coastal house in Mortehoe. Brilliant photography, brochure and video and stunning marketing. Great list of contacts - Nic knows who is looking in the area and whom might suit any individual property. Nic Chbat is not like other estate agents: once you and he agree that you are a ‘ match’, he tells you what he is going to do in preparing your property for sale- and then he goes ahead and does exactly that, in our case with immediate success! We went to Nic after failing to sell our property with another agent on the recommendation of a friend who had found themselves in a similar position. Our friend was not wrong! Nic Chbat is great at selling houses. If only all estate agents were like him…

We used Match Property whilst we were abroad to manage our property whilst it was rented. The service was great and we were very happy with the way it was managed. Regular contact and prompt attention when gas certificate or maintenance were required. When it was time to sell we looked at other agents but the service did not compare to Match Property. The property was marketed and the details were very impressive. Pictures, drone footage and marketing on all sale sites and YouTube. Nic conducted all viewings and prompt feedback was provided after every viewing. The property sold quickly and at a very good price. Incredibly happy with the professional service by all at Match. I would highly recommend. The process was stress free and as we were not living in the area this was invaluable.

This is a review from Mandy and Steve from ivycott barn. Well what can say match property have been amazing. Our house was for sale with purple bricks ! What a waste of time. Then Match property was recommended to us. Nic worked tirelessly always full of enthusiasm and managed to nearly sell the property twice only for the buyers to pull out at the last minute.
