During a very difficult period for us personally, dealing with the sale of our late parents home of 25+ years and a tough time in the housing market, Collyers, and in particular Kane, provided expert guidance, service and the uppermost professional experience throughout. Great advise pre and during marketing with multiple viewings taken over the property's listing duration and always willing to listen and also to guide if needed. We had a particularly difficult ''bottom of chain'' to deal with but with Kane's dogged determination in play, he certainly helped to get us across the line. Dealing with tardy solicitors and a sketchy agent at the bottom of the chain kept Kane and the Collyers team busy and had us really appreciate that we had the dream team in combination with our chosen solicitors. Thanks to all at Collyers, James, Kane, Becky and Michelle. Hard working, honest and professional at all times. We really can't thank you guys enough.

We let Collyers rent our property which was done in a very professional manner, Electric, Gas, Internet, Council Tax and Water were all dealt with by them, we didn't have to do anything it was easy. Recently we decided to put the house on the market and let Collyers sell it for us which they did, I can't believe how smoothly everything went and nothing was a problem for them ....Well done Collyers!!!

I had to write this review personally as Colleyers properties did a great favour to me in such a desperate time, I had applied to over 100 lettings and seen over 20 different properties, offering to pay upfront and even offering to pay higher than the asking amount, but I couldn't find a decent place to rent, Things were becoming so frustrating and I was loosing hope, Thats when Kane Gould from tgis agency stepped in and got me tgis really nice apartment, I can't thank him and Collyers enough, Being a foreign proffesional I have to say that this agency actually works on a code of proffesional standards and ethics, they give honest financial information and they do not force things on you. This is the most professional and honest service you can ever get. I will definitely keep coming back to this agency for future services. Thank you very much. James at Collyers provided excellent advice, a spot-on appraisal, and went above and beyond in his continued service. Heed his words if you use them; thanks to James and my willingness to actually do what he suggested, I sold my property very quickly, and at a better price than that quoted by other estate agents. I purchased a property from overseas. The process though collyers was simple and professional. As my wife and I aren't moving back to my native UK for a few years they are also fully managing the rental of it for us and again what a great experience. They listened to what we wanted in a tenant and we have had no fuss or hassle, the great team there just take care of it.
