GoogleI wasn’t very satisfied with their service. When we had an in-person meeting, they didn’t provide me with any details about the shop and just said they would send an email. Even after the email, it took some time for them to give me the necessary information. Now that I am trying to rent the shop, I constantly have to call and follow up. If I don’t contact them, they don’t reach out to me at all. Even when I do call, they just tell me to wait until they get back to me. I also have to wait a long time on the phone just to reach the right person, and sometimes the call gets disconnected, so I have to call again and again. It has been a long time now, and there has been no progress. That’s why I’m not satisfied with their service.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Simon Blyth and dealt with Charlotte Haynes from start to finish. If it wasn't for Charlotte, the entire process (which took over 5 months because of COVID) would have been a lot more painful. Charlotte continually updated us, even with the smallest of changes. There were 9 in the chain and Charlotte coordinated and dealt with as much of the changes/issues as well as she possibly could. An absolute credit to Simon Blyth. Thanks again Charlotte! I want to, moreover, I'm happy to convey on Google my sincere appreciation to Simon Blythe's estate agents, in particular Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful, she had the ability at certain epochs to elucidate clearly some of the esoteric processes innate, intrinsic involved buying a home. Charlotte would be confident, understanding and calm in moments of stress and anxiety, which was very reassuring. She is a credit to herself and Simon Blythe's estate agents.

Charlotte came to see us, valued our property and did our sales brochure nothing was too much trouble and she was always available. 72% one star - is that a record!? Absolutely agree with the other reviews - awful firm, hugely regret not reading these first. Extremely poor contact, rushed around to get me to reduce the price before a suspicious offer (that I was serially misinformed about the nature of), I felt that they were working for the buyer rather than me? Absolute waste of time and then they refused to remove a knowingly false advert on Rightmove (Rightmove are removing it). 'Avoid' doesn't even begin to describe it.Repeatedly asked them to engage - they repeatedly ignored! weird!
