GoogleFor context, I am an American who purchased a vacation property via Ruby Heaton and Taylforths. This was my first international purchase and Ruby was most kind in helping with the cultural differences of property purchasing. The five hour time difference also put a few twists in the purchase, but Ruby was kind and understanding. Ruby was always there to lend an ear and explain the status or situation of the purchase. I was concerned that being a foreigner; people would take me as a dishonest scammer. I was treated very well from the start. Ruby treated me respectfully and was upfront about the transactions and informed me of others performing the same overseas transactions. She was engaged with my inquiries to obtain some of the furniture and appliances with the home. Overall, fantastic person to help me overcome some of the fears and misunderstandings about purchasing in the UK. Her abilities to listen (to my needs/wants) and communicate (appropriate responses) were spot-on. I would readily recommend Ms. Ruby Heaton as an agent.
