Sally Harrison Estate Agents Barnoldswick reviews

I used Sallys for my house purchase, and as someone who’s a serial panicker, Sandra and the team were superb from initial viewing to completion. They were helpful, attentive, and nothing was ever too much, they dealt with my numerous questions promptly and courteously. It’s a refreshing change to deal with people that see you as a person rather than a customer. Couldn’t praise Sallys enough and would and will be highly recommending to anybody that is looking to purchase a house. Thank you all so much ❤️

After a slightly shaky start, Sally Harrison Estate Agents were amazing when we were selling our property in Barnoldswick. Any agents can do the photos and marketing required but the support we got from Sally Harrisons was great. They kept us informed right through the process, did viewings even at the weekend, and helped when things went wrong by chasing up solicitors etc. I would definitely recommend them.

First class. We recently bought a house and Sandra and the team at Barnoldswick were always happy to help. As we were relocating from London to the North, they were always able to accommodate us when we needed to revisit the property. They also kept dialogue going between all parties.

We Sold with another agent and bought through Sally Harrison, I truly wish we had sold with them also, even though they knew and understood why we chose the other agent they still chose to keep me updated, support us and advise on both the sale and the purchase. Friendly approachable team, especially Paula. Highly recommend.

We had an honest appraisal and valuation of our old property. Once we had instructed the team, the property was swiftly marketed, and we were updated constantly on the progress of interest and the feedback from the viewings. The entire Sally Harrison team went above and beyond to solve any issues through their vast amount of knowledge and expertise in this market. Following the acceptance of an offer Sally Harrison's team were able to guide us in the right direction with the next steps required to ensure a swift and smooth sale. We were sent regular updates throughout the whole process right up to completion. We would recommend Sally Harrison Estate agents. There is no doubt that without their experience and expertise, our process would have been even longer more tedious, and our sale would not have been a smooth process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

In a day and age where people seem all too keen to post about bad experiences, I always take the opportunity to post when I have had a good experience, and this is one of those occasions. In March of this year I needed to put a property on the market and after speaking with a couple of other estate agents opted to go with Sally Harrison Estate Agents. There were numerous reasosn for this, not least because many moons ago my mother had dealt with Sally herself, albeit in a previous role, but more importantly because of the confidence that I received from speaking with them. This was particularly important to me as I live away and needed to know that I would be properly represented. If I now fast forward to a post sale situation I can sum up what it is about Sally Harrison Estate Agents that worked for me and made my life in respect of the sale stress free and my email to Sally Harrison below sums it up. "This is just a quick note to say a huge thank you to the team you have at Sally Harrison Estate Agents, they really are exceptional. My biggest fear when selling mum’s house while living away was that I wouldn’t be there, which sounds obvious I know, but I felt there might be a communication gap simply because I couldn’t pop in or from prior experience elsewhere, keep the pressure on! As it turned out, I needn’t have worried, as without exception, everyone at Sally Harrison Estate Agents provided me with an excellent level of customer service, keeping me informed and putting me at ease, I always knew where matters were up to and what the next steps would be so providing me with a flawless and faultless experience. Thank you seems completely inadequate, but it really is a heartfelt thank you." There is nothing I would change with regard to the service that was delivered.

Dear Kayla Williams Thank you for the fantastic job you have been doing for me lately. Your hard work and dedication has really helped me out during difficult times . I just wanted to make sure you know how much you are valued and appreciated. We know that the recent round of lay-offs has been very bad for company morale. Not only are people worried about losing their money but also many people are out there receiving their withdrawal every day You come in early stay late and even use your free time to help pitch in and get things done. Thank you Kayla for your hard work and dedication to me both throughout the past few months and even before that. We really appreciate all that you do. Helped us find our dream home. Very professional at showing houses and great at keeping in touch with updates after the offer has been accepted. They even let us view the house for a second time on a Sunday with our little girl to confirm some bits. Absolute pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future (if we ever brave the stress of house moving again haha)

Outstanding service, extremely knowledgeable and went over and above in service. Can't say enough nice things about Mrs victoria crypto and her platform! victoria has an amazing reputation in her field because of her no nonsense attitude, her work ethic and core values. We recently worked with her on helping us invest in her platform. Although Mrs victoria crypto is known for good recommendation, she took our investment higher under her wing and found her the perfect place that was in her good range. It was a very good investment the platform was very helpful and every day profits to look at. They made our investment feel very comfortable and wonderful every way. From the start to finish the process went smoothly and effortlessly. perfect work she did i really enjoyed the process because of the hard work of the team. Highly recommend Mrs victoria crypto and her platform for job well done. Thank you to all the staff at Sally Harrison Estate Agents. The whole process to longer than it should have done due to one solicitor who was slow, to say the very least. the staff at Sally Harrison were brilliant at keeping things moving and we are now, happily, finding our feet in our new home.
