Excellent communication and progression service instrumental in ensuring we secured our forever home

From viewing our first house, to finding our forever home, John knew exactly what we were looking for. He did a great job communicating with us and the vendors and we always knew where we stood throughout the process. The team at Winkworth work as one, as demonstrated by Guy who was the one who communicated our offer to the vendors in John’s absence. During the conveyancing process, the team excelled at liaising with all parties in the chain and Guy was instrumental in ensuring successful completion before Christmas. We would not hesitate to use Winkworth in the future, their service stood out compared to other estate agents we have dealt with.

I am a landlord in the Willesden Green area many years and would like to give a positive review of the superb service I receive from the Winkworth. The team in the Kensal Rise and Queens Park office are always extremely supportive and always on hand to provide guidance especially with the current changes in the private rental sector. This service extends to dealing with any maintenance issues, prompt statement sending and tenant changeover, so basically the whole package for a landlord. Avoid this agency if you value your…

Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.

Aaron was an amazing help

Aaron was an amazing help. As soon as I spoke with him regarding re renting my flat he put me on the right 'track' in regards to everything I needed to do or not to do. The previous tenants left the flat in a real mess and Aaron recommended certain businesses that dealt with many of my concerns ie getting rid of rubbish, where to get an EPC from etc. As soon as the flat was ready to go on the market Aaron was able to muster up fifteen applicants whilst weedling out a few that weren't quite right for my flat. He got me an immediate offer which was a little more than expected which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Winkworth, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that would like to rent out their property.
