I’ve been renting through this agency for just over two years, and my experience has been outstanding. They truly stand out compared to many of the big franchise agencies . The service here feels much more personal and genuine. The team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. A special mention to Michelle, she’s been absolutely fantastic! Always available, approachable, and incredibly helpful with any questions or issues. It’s been a pleasure renting with such a reliable and caring agency. Highly recommend!

Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

I haven’t had such a bad experience with anyone. We are looking for a new flat as after 9y our landlord decided to move in back to one we rent. We went to TPS agency and saw the flat we liked. We told them honestly our situation - me, full time employed, but going on maternity leave in a few months and my partner who currently is looking for job and he is self-employed. Not to mention we have large amount of savings. They said it’s ok, despite they knew we will not pass credit checks because of above. Nobody advised us we should re-think it, but they collected deposit from us immediately and after checks failed they refused to give OUR MONEY back. We are not credit check experts, so we believed them as an agency who deals with those cases on daily basis and should know procedures. They know how difficult situation is due pandemic and they still treated us unfair. This is stealing money. I hope this review will help people not to be so naive. AVOID

Last year I had the worst experience with TPS !!! The 1 star rating is only because you can't do any less stars! All the good reviews here appear to be with people that either have their property let by them or haven't vacated the property yet....Trust me when I say they will ripp you off when it comes to leaving the rental. I left Masefield Court EN5 due to damp and mould issues but was rudely told it was my fault, although it stated issues previously that I believed were fixed!! I had to fight with them about this upon handing my notice in / they tried to retain my deposit therefore I had to wait until TDS and the ombudsman sorted this mess out- to which obviously I won as they blatantly lied about issues. This whole episode was uncalled for & stressful and they clearly tried to gain money from me...they will do this again & again so AVOID AVOID AVOID is my advice.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This company is not reliable... 2-3 days ago we found a nice property on internet and got in touch with this company.They accepted our request and we came for a viewing to see the property. Mr Yitzi showed the property to us. We liked the property and we made an offer. Mr Yitzi didn`t even get back to us on the time as he promised and we had to call him a few times without being able to reach him. After all Mr Yitzi just said that "we are sorry, property gone to someone else". This company gave the property to someone else before letting us know. They should have informed us first. It is very bad customer service which reflects your service quality.

We live in France and we have total peace of mind knowing the house is in their capable hands. They go out of their way to make sure everything is covered. I cannot express enough how great this company is. Rob and the rest of the staff were extremely competent, highly professional, yet very friendly as well. The stress of trying to find a suitable property to rent for my family and I, is a very daunting task. We got our flat with the help of TPS. Daniel Linton delt with our purchase, he was the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we've met by far. He kept us informed every single step of the process, I cannot find enough good words regarding our experience. A man of word, always called, emailed or met us when agreed, no delays at all. His sense of humour helped us get easily over the delays that usually appear during the process. He always went that extra mile to make sure we get the property that we wanted, chased and pushed everyone to make sure we make our purchase in the shortest time interval possible.
