From the moment I walked into their beautiful new office, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and helped us a lot. Their website is also very clear, with user-friendly interface that made it easy to browse listings. GoogleI recently sold my family home ( probate ) after 41 years. I didn’t really understand the process fully re probate , but I was guided through by James who was really knowledgeable and helpful. I had an offer within 2 weeks and was regularly updated. I would definitely recommend this agent in the future.

GoogleArranged a viewing through Spare Room, an agent confirmed and took my number for future contact - only to leave us waiting outside of the property for 30 minutes with any attempt to contact them being met with radio silence and a snarky automated response the next day informing us the property has probably been let. No apology or attempt to reach us further.
Hi Lucas, The appointment was never confirmed by my office. We never sent you the full address or telephone number of the agent conducting the viewing. You went near to the property because you took the location from the map on Spareroom. We always confirm the viewing with the address and agents details on the day of the viewing. There were over 100 enquiries for this studio and a let was agreed before you came. We sent a message to everyone that enquired to say that the studio had been taken. I am sorry that you had a wasted journey but you chose to visit the location without the full address or confirmation of the viewing.

GoogleVery bad experience unfortunately, I booked with them a viewing, just 5 minutes after I asked them for a difference time, I just asked! so they guy cancelled my viewing because it was fully booked.... (he thought I couldn't attend) didn't even ask before..... obviously I don't want anything from them, don't look very professional... imagine the day they get the money maybe dissappear.....
