GoogleI called this agency to do a valuation for a divorce and to potentially sell it down the line. Steven who owns the company is the most unhelpful agent I have ever come across! He refused to do a valuation and put it in writing unless he charged me as “he didn’t want to waste his time” to go to the property. I’ve never had this issue before as I have various other properties in other areas that needed valuations and all the agents were highly professional and helpful! This man is simply a money grabber. Do not waste your time using him. There are much better agents around.
I'm sorry you feel this way and could not offer the service you required, however your comments I find deeply disturbing and having been in business for over 30 years, I have never been described or insulted in this way. My Agency prides itself on its reputation for professionalism, honesty and integrity that has been consistent over many years.

GoogleThe team at Talbots is excellent! For over 7 years, they have been my estate agents and have always been approachable, available, helpful and very kind. No matter the situation, you can speak to them and they have your best interest in mind and won't leave you to struggle, unlike many other agencies, especially in London. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone who is looking to buy or rent with the agency!

GoogleTalbots is a criminal estate agency please stay away from them. They are liars and looters, the most dishonest agency you will find in London. In my case they lied to me when I hired them to find a replacement tenant as I was ending my tenancy earlier. Due to their lies and deceit I was left with a loss of over £800. Terrible behaviour, unprofessional attitude and greedy estate agent. Will be complaining to the ombudsman and the CAB.
This is factually incorrect and slanderous. We are disappointed that in assisting you in leaving your tenancy early you have posted this. All our communication was clear precise and in writing.

GoogleI was planning to move in to a new house for 6 months but ended up staying for 4.5 years because of the brilliant estate agents and the best area they suggest you based on your hobbies and interest you have. I know it’s unpopular to say good stuff about an estate agents but this small estate agency is the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you sooooooo much Talbot for the great service and I hope I will be seeing you guys again in 6 months.

I had Hayley as my contact agent. I can say without a doubt that she is 100% the friendliest, most professional, honest, efficient, and most helpful person I have met in London. Her replies to emails are extremely swift and she catches up to you with friendly replies to see how you've made out if you were looking for places with other agents.
