GoogleSpencer & Sener went above and beyond when selling are flat in Barnet. They actually sold it three times, with buyers pulling out and a difficult market we got there in the end. Spencer even re negotiated our house we was buying and got 5k knocked of the price which he didn’t have to do. I highly recommend these guys, you will benefit from local knowledge and a passion that you won’t get from a chain branch. Thanks again Spencer 👍🏻

GoogleJust let a flat for the second time through Sener. He responded swiftly to any enquiries that I made and was courteous throughout. Sener has an excellent understanding of the local market and was keen to ensure that both landlord and tenant were satisfied and kept informed of regulations from start to finish. Service was offered with good humour and a smile..... Just sold a flat through Spencer & Sener. They were all very polite and professional even though I was at times little, ' Hot under the collar'. It did not matter who I spoke to in the office; there was a real consistency in the service. They always dealt with my enquiries swiftly, phoning back when they said they would. I ways felt confident in the advice that they gave me; whether it was to do with the price of the property or to explain the process. Used their recommended solicitor who was also great. A first class team!

Spencer got the property to market very quickly and professionally then was able to advise us through the offers. Spencer was incredibly helpful in successfully supporting the sale through a tremendously difficult period in the housing market. Spencer was unfailingly pleasant, polite, efficient and professional, and we felt as though he genuinely cared, not only about getting the sale to completion but also about us as a family. He was sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult time for us and made things as easy as possible, keeping us informed every step of the way (and sometimes even communicating with us on his day off!). When we encountered an unforeseen challenge halfway through the sale process, he and his team helped us to find a solution and kept everyone in the chain on side while we were working things out. I only have good things to say about Spencer, and if I had another house to sell would very happily go back to him! A really nice guy who offered a great service for a fair price - what more could you want?!
