SLetting based in Hendon, is a great estate agent. My Husband and I rented through SLetting run by Stefan for 2 years. Stefan is always professional, friendly, will clearly explain everything and he is super helpful. We got our full deposit back, which was put into the government deposit scheme and everything was clearly explained. Super easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend S Letting. 10/10.

Stephan was the agent dealing with our house, the property had a few different people living there and with the exception of some personal disagreements with other tenants both myself and my girlfriend were happy whilst we stayed, and with the service SLettings provided. There was a quick response to any damage/malfunction issues of the appliances and fixed in good time by tradesmen who acted respectfully throughout. All in all we had no issues with the company which is all you can ask from them! Thanks again Stephan!

I lived in one of their rooms (no landlord inside) in Hendon Central, almost one year. It was a very nice, peace and quiet neighbourhood and house. I felt always safe walking around. Many shops and coffee shops and amazing connections to Central London (bus in front of my door 24/7, tube at 5-7 minutes walking). In the house, I lived in a cosy room and I had always Internet, hot water, washing machine and a nice kitchen. Stefan is an amazing and extremely fair and honest host. Thank you, Slettings Ltd, for these months!

I rent a property with S letting and the founder and owner of the letting agency Mr Stepan Labuda is extremely professional and caring individual. The houses/flats/rooms and the people living in this property are very much been look after. I have been a tenant for more than 2 years and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to any of my friends and work collegue.

Before arranging a viewing in a specific property, I requested information if I was to ahead with the securing the property and was given the details, when I queried about not having a landlord reference as it was my first time renting Stefan Labuda said it was okay providing we had a full-time employment. I made sure to ask this question not to waste my time or the agents time. We viewed the place and liked it so we contacted Stefan to go ahead and secure the property at this point he requested a landlord reference and we mentioned that we don't have one as it's the first time renting a property then he mentioned that the landlord requires a landlord reference as a condition so it was a complete waste of my time and the approach was very unprofessional. We are yet to receive a call from Stefan who hasn't bothered to call us back. Definitely wouldn't rent through this company, they don't even deserve the 1 star.
