GoogleGary was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable & very friendly. Our flat had been on the market, with another Estate Agent, from June 2nd to December 21st 2020. It never sold! Our flat was put back on the market with Sean Heaney Estate Agents on January 13th 2021. Gary managed to sell our flat on January 23rd 2021. We cannot rate Gary highly enough

Right from the beginning, Luke was very helpful, friendly and efficient and made the whole buying process as pain-free as possible. GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of having support from Sean Heany to sell our house. The negative stereotype of estate agents couldn't be further from our experience, which was outstanding from start to finish. Our main point of contact was Luke who was an incredible support, offering us honestly and integrity at every stage. We felt he genuinely cared about us as a family and we trusted his professional guidance. Even when more challenging things cropped up throughout our sale, he was always calm, reassuring and clearly had seen every situation a thousand times before so knew how to best guide us. We also had great support and patience from Angela and Antonia. We also must mention that they were spot on with their evaluation of our property. Had we gone with any of the other agents we got evaluations from too, we would have got a far lower sale price. We would absolutely use Sean Heany again and highly recommend them.

GoogleSean Heaney acted for the sellers of the property that we are buying and he could not have been more organised, fair and responsive. We were never given the feeling of being "sold" or "managed", whenever we had a question (no matter how stupid...) Sean was incredibly quick to answer, and we've both thought that we'd love to have Sean act for us when we come to move into the castle into which we dream of moving when that lottery ticket turns up.... In all seriousness, I couldn't recommend Sean enough. He's enough to make you regain trust in the estate agents business!

GoogleI can not speak highly enough. Quite simply the best estate agents I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a few!). They are a small and personable team who are very knowledgeable, professional and client focused. They are honest. Which really is rare in their business. They will tell you the truth even if it goes against them. They helped us find our dream house and were with us every step of the way from negotiations to sorting out queries long after completion (which they didn't need to do). Every time I spoke with them I was filled with confidence and reassurance. They made what should have been a stressful time a very enjoyable, hassle-free experience. If I ever need to go to an agent again, there is only one place I will go.

We decided to instruct Sean Heaney and were very pleased with our experience. We believe that we chose the best agent in the High Barnet area. We found Sean to be friendly, attentive and professional throughout the process. Although the sale was quite stressful at times, Sean was responsive, proactive and kept us informed on progress throughout. Sean was particularly helpful as we approached exchange and completion, which smoother out the final stages of the sale. He is very calm in his approach and is not a pushy salesman, rather he was personable and communication was excellent through the process. He always came across honest and genuine and managed to strike the fine balance of having both the Sellers and Buyers interest at heart. It is clear that he is very experienced and understands the property market and knows High Barnet (and the surrounding areas) very well. Through the process he was attentive and went the extra mile offering suggestions and advice when asked. We found Sean to be very honest and communication has been excellent throughout the selling process. We found all his staff to be polite and courteous and went the extra mile to achieve a sale and to ensure everything went through smoothly. We were impressed with the number of appointments that were booked , with 100% turning up too , no messing about. We could tell that the people who viewed were genuinely interested in buying our home and had been well informed on the phone before viewing. We found the expertise of the staff helpful in negotiating offers to achieve the best price for our property. Subsequently to agreeing a sale, Sean guided the sale through to exchange with expertise making sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. We really felt that he was very much on the ball and had our best interests at heart at all times. We would not hesitate to use Sean Heaney again and hope to purchase a house through this agent too. We sincerely believe this is the best estate agency in High Barnet, Hadley Wood and the surrounding area & would not go anywhere else. It's a very personal service tailored to the individual which we don't believe you get elsewhere. They really do understand their clients and their buyers too. GoogleI think Sean Heaney and his team have been fantastic. Sean knows the Barnet property scene very well and his expertise and knowledge is superior to the other agents we saw. Finding a buyer was easy, but it is the work Sean personally undertakes to builds relationships that secure the actual exchange and completion. You want an agent that sticks with you through the process - Sean and his colleagues did exactly that, attending to snags along the way. I can highly recommend Sean Heaney.

Throughout the process Sean was professional, honest and very organised. He also advised on how to consider the various offers, but did not push too strongly on accepting too quickly. GoogleHave been waiting to collect the keys after my solicitor confirmed completion for over an hour. No one was in the office and no one was answering the calls. Unnesseccary extra stress on the day of moving.

Now, after trying to sell our property through this very challenging time in the market industry and being disappointed by other agencies we asked them to help us to sell it. And they did! Googlewe can honestly say sean heaney was the best thing about our entire purchase! our solicitor was not the best and he gave us step by step support for what was meant to be the easiest purchase ! We would say to anyone wanting to buy in Barnet or nearby dont look anywhere else for honest advice and excellent support.

GoogleWe've dealt with Sean twice in the last 5 years and can't rate him highly enough. We bought and have just sold our flat through him. Sean is straight talking, pragmatic and responds quickly to any queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Oh and everyone else I've spoken to in his office has been lovely too!
