GoogleThe worst office and the most despicable management I dealt with. I left the apartment that I rented from them 4 months ago and until now he did not return the deposit to me. The last time he told me that he did not want to return the deposit because the housing is not clean. An office that does not respect its clients. Please stay away from them. They are a gang of swindlers.
I usually do not check my google profile until one of my royal clients told me today about this review. You tried to lie and damage our reputation by making up a story and you dont know the deposit can not be held for 4 month . Deposits are registered with DPS and as a tenant you could have filed a complain to where your deposit was held . I also looked at your profile and it seems to be your job is leaving negative reviews for the businesses . I dont know why ? But I advise you to find a better job . I will report this to Google to take necessary actions . All the best.

GoogleFor the past 20 years, I have been renting out several of my properties through Savoy, and their management has been nothing short of exceptional. I’ve never encountered any issues with the tenants they’ve placed in my properties. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, friendliness, and honesty.

GoogleHighly unprofessional.. I have been left high and dry without a house one day before I Was supposed to move in.. Been given fake excuses about the house being damaged all of a sudden....they returned my holding deposit atleast... Zero empathy for clients who spend alot of time house hunting. Better to go with more trustworthy letting agencies

GoogleI have never in my life experienced such disgusting and unprofessional service. The agent that orchestrated the house viewing was rude and unenthusiastic. The service after the viewing was shocking, unprofessional, judgmental and ignorant. I would not recommend this agency!!!
Hi Justin , Thanks for the review and sorry if you couldn't get the house in Golders Green due to you not passing the reference checks . I do understand the frustration and you called our service unprofessional because your reference checks was failed . It has also brought to my attentions that you were not happy with our service, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer properties where the reference checks are failed . You saw the house on 19th Dec 2022 and you decided to take the house on 29th Dec 2022 and didn’t pass the reference checks on 13th Jan due to not having enough income. We Offered you to introduce us a guarantor, but seems to be your guarantor didn’t have sufficient income too. We are offering the best service to our landlords and tenants and as a result our portfolio is growing and have many happy clients . I suggest to look for a property you can afford to rent and appreciate your review . Rgds Benjamin

GoogleUnprofessional and disrespectful agency! Booked and agreed for a specific time and date for a viewing, and agent didn't even show up. I called and I was not even offered an apology, plus the agent had the guts to blame it on me for not confirming the viewing??? It was confirmed. I was not asked to send email or anything, they simply agree on a time to show the property and then don't bother to show up. Amateurs!

GoogleDreadful amateurs, stay away First, we had a viewing and the so-called "agents" didn't show up - so we had to knock the door and talk to the sellers directly. Then, we made an offer, and several days passed without feedback. We had to chase them multiple times. Eventually, they simply told us "the sellers no longer want to sell" - once again, after we chased for updates. This is how real estate is not supposed to be. Really - stay away - they are not professionals. Amateurs trying to make a quick buck at the expense of honest buyers.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
