GoogleAn Exceptional and Trustworthy Estate Agency, Highly Recommended
By Dr. Lord Arash Nassouri
I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Sara Estate, and I must say, they are by far one of the most professional, reliable, and honest property agencies I have encountered in the UK.
From the very first interaction, Ms Sara demonstrated exemplary dedication, integrity, and care in handling every detail of our property matters. Their communication is prompt, clear, and always respectful. They operate with full transparency, which is a rare and valuable quality in today’s property market.
What sets Sara Estate apart is not only their legal and professional knowledge of the London property sector, but their genuine concern for their clients’ wellbeing. They are available when needed, proactive in resolving issues, and always act in the best interest of their clients , whether landlords, tenants, or buyers.
Their management of tenancy agreements, rent collection, and documentation has been flawless, in full accordance with UK property laws and standards. I have personally witnessed their honesty and diligence in every transaction.
In short, I trust them fully, and would recommend Sara Estate without hesitation to anyone seeking dependable, fair, and professional real estate services in London. It is rare to find such integrity and excellence in this industry.
Thank you once again to the entire team for your continued support and outstanding service.

GoogleI recently rented a flat in Golders Green from Sara Real Estates for my parents while visiting me in London. Mr Poya was recommended to me by a friend and he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continued to well after closing. The property matched our expectations, worth for its value and excellent location. He was contactable 24/7 for any issues with property. Overall, I found Poya a caring landlord, honest and kind friend.
Next time my parents visit me, Poya and Sara estate will be my first contact to find a suitable property!

GooglePlease avoid this like a Plaque, I advertise my flat in London on the Gumtree. I was hoping to find a tenant. I received a few calls from estate agents that they have some tenants for me. I told every one of them I would only pay them a one off fee for their efforts regardless of the duration of the tenancy. They all accepted (including Sara Estate, at the time the name was golden key properties) this and told me that they do not expect any more fees. Golden keys (Sara Estate now) find my tenants and I paid them accordingly. I did not hear from them again. This month I checked my bank account and I realised that I have not received my rent. I called my tenants to inquire about it. I was shocked what I heard. They told me that Sara come to their flat over 2 weeks ago and she told them they should sign another tendency agreement and because the bank account of the landlord has changed, they should pay the rent for her and she would pay me.
She also had charged them another commission/admin fee.
All of this had happened without my authorisation. Her action is totally illegal and immoral at least. Misleading he tenants telling them that they should pay the rent to her account as the landlord's bank account has changed is a fraud.
Also charging poor tenants an admin/commission fee while they are living in the same accommodation is illegal as they had paid her commission the year before and nobody had asked for new tenancy agreement from her.
As a matter of principle I am going to take legal action against her. PLEASE PLEASE avoid her at all cost and if you've re already had some dealing with her inform your tenants about her fraudulent action. I now understand why she keeps changing the name of her business.
