Excellent experience with Robert Anthony Property! We had been in touch with Adam who is very trustworthy and who helped us find a freshly renovated, spatious, and central apartment at a very good price for the area. All was smooth and you truly feel that you are working with a company who is trying to help, rather than to take your money. Definitely better than going for the big companies with sky-rocketing prices and stressed agents who barely get anything. I recommend!

I lived in a property managed by Robert Anthony Property for 3 1/2 years and only recently moved out due to housemate issues. Adam from the management company was very helpful throughout my time at the property and if there ever were anything needing to be fixed, he would get it done as soon as possible. There were no high agency fees and when it came to departing the property the transition was easy. Would highly recommend using this property management company.

I found Anthony Agency through SpareRoom when I was looking for a place in London. They were super quick to respond and set up a viewing for me really fast. Honestly, they’ve been really helpful and supportive the whole time, always there to answer my (many!) questions and guide me through everything. It made the whole process way less stressful. This flat has been my home for the last 2 years and I can’t speak more highly about it. It is super spacious and bright and feels soo homely. Don't waste your time with this agency. They've kept me waiting for 2 days for a viewing claiming there were other people interested (who of course didn't take the flat as it's practically built on train tracks, a thing that they obviously avoided to mention) and when I've called to remind them that I was waiting for a viewing they couldn't be bothered to take us to the property. A fantastic example of lack of work ethic and total laziness. EDITED: Reading the comments I understand this is not the first time this has happened so you might want to consider checking on how your agents work.

Very bad service. They took the deposit from us to lock the property, then disappeared and after a week told us that the landlord has agreed to give it to some other tenants, as they were moving in a bit earlier than us. This after the fact that they raised the rent from what was agreed upon, saying the other tenants are offering more. Note that, all this happened once we had already paid the deposit and agreed on rent etc. Would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them. Extremely unreliable, with the worst customer service. Other comments also carry similar stories. Hope nobody else gets played like this. EDIT - At least the agency did return the holding deposit on 13-03-2018.

Without a doubt the worst possible estate agents in North London. I would recommend keeping away. The only reason the tenants have decided to stay at the property has been a result of the positive relationship they have with my-self as the landlord, as i manage the property. You charge ridiculous renewal fees, and i have even been made aware that this year you have charged the tenants an admin fee of £25 on top of the renewal commission fees i have given you for no work what soever apart from printing a contract. The government are rightly clapping down on shoddy estate agents such as yourselves. Unless you address your poor customer service and company policies regarding your fees you will continue to loose clients, and i'm not the first to complain about your poor service.

Great experience in all, we had problems with the property when we moved in as the flat was far from clean but the agency quickly fixed this and any problems there after were fixed.
