Rawlins Estate was very helpful. Rachel, our agent did everything she could to assure that my application went through smoothly, all documents were easily sent and signed through dropbox, and that the fixtures requested at our new place were completed and done. I can’t thank her enough and would definitely recommend Rawlins if you are looking for a new place. We have moved in yesterday and are looking forward to settle at our lovely new home.

Phnomenal agent!!! To be absolutely honest, I find it hard to believe the likes of Rachel (Rawlins Estates) still exist! She’s an unparalleled phenomenon (HUGE thank you!) A flat of mine had just become available, I was filled with dread and panic until I spoke to Rachel, what an amazing individual and what professional service she offers. Incredibly, she found me confirmed tenants within less than a day, honestly, she’s like a whizz-kid! She respects people and their time as well as her own. Seriously, within an hour she came to inspect the property, asked all the relevant questions, took pictures, showed them to tenants, checked all the necessary documentation, passports, earning, bank accounts, references all the necessary mumbo jumbo, and as if by magic, received a substantial deposit and signed contracts in less than 24 hours. Because of her professionalism, she gets straight to the point, she delights landlords and tenants alike, because she doesn’t waste un-necessary time and resources, always offering solutions and never keeping me hanging on, waiting for a response, each time I called or texted she got back to me within minutes of my making contact. Rachel left no stone unturned; she has an amazing can-do attitude, she is warm, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive, how blessed am I to have encountered Rawlins Estates! They took all the hassle out of what was to be a lengthy nuisance and handled everything impeccably literally from A-Z. When my new tenants moved it she had 2 Wwelcome Packs placed in the flat full of goodies and necessities, - amazing! I would award her 1,000 stars if it were possible, but 5 is the maximum, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommening Rawlins Estates & Rachel to anyone needing help in the property industry at any capacity. Rachel is quite literally the rudest and most unenthusiastic estate agent I have met in a very long while. My viewing experience with her lasted less than 5 minutes, and no further info about the property was provided. She promised about providing further info in whatsapp but there was instead nothing. Very busy engaging in phone calls during the viewing as well. Absolutely big NO.
