We were very happy to have Orient Estates on our side in finding our new place in NW London. Our agent, Circle, was very accommodating and reassuring. I believe she had given us very good amount of information and support for us to be very certain about our latest big decision. It’s a job well done indeed!

Attentive Service

I placed an offer on a property which Orient Estates were advertising, the vendor subsequently withdraw the property from the market due to personal circumstances. Orient acknowledged their understanding of my disappointment and sourced me a similar property within 2 days, larger garden as a bonus. Sale went through smoothly, I was kept updated throughout the process, attentive staff.

I have worked very closely with Ana over the last few months who has worked tirelessly to not only help me find a property that suits my needs after another agency let me down, but also with everything involved from visits and interests all the way to move in, key hand over and so much more. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience and truest value how open and accessible she has been during a stressful time! Would highly recommend her help and Orient Estates in the future.

We found Ryann very helpful and informative all the way through the selling process of our property.....despite not being plain sailing.....we always felt that we were being looked after. Would recommend Orient Estates as a first call when choosing an estate agent in the area.

It is particularly hard to rent in London this year and everywhere has become so expensive. I was really anxious when I started searching and I didn’t expect to find somewhere soon. But orient states answered my call and responded to my messages quickly and helped me through the entire process. I am really happy with the place I found, nice price the landlord is friendly too. Thanks orient states and Ana for the great help.

Miracle Workers

Being given two weeks notice to vacated your current apartment is never a fun time. As we desperately ran about Hendon trying to find a suitable 2 bedroom apartment while still being able to stay in the area that we had grown to love.Having properties available in Hendon at this time of year is always near next to impossible due to the large flock of students returning to Middlesex University, but this was no problem for the wonderful guys at Orient. No less then 5 hours after walking in the door of their Hendon Central branch on Saturday (27th Sep 2014) We had:Viewed a beautiful two bedroom flat, within our price range, fantastically located in Hendon.Made an offer.Had the guys at Orient call us with confirmation of acceptance. We move in tomorrow!!Absolute miracle workers with such friendly organized staff, we couldn't be happier to have done business with these guys.So much thanks go out to them from Anna & Addie, two very happy Irish gals.

Excellent

We advertised our property through another agent and waited for the day when an offer would come through, at the point of frustration our neighbour recommended this new agent to us, reluctant as we had never heard of them previously as opposed to the big name that we were with we decided to give them a try as we desperately needed to sell and thought that we had nothing to lose. It only took one week but we had a cash offer, we are now completing and currently packing to leave. Thank you to both our neighbour and Orient Estates.

Amazing support and availability from beginning of the process until the end. Circle at Orient Estates was particularly helpful and made my renting process the smoothest one to date.
