GoogleDisappointed. A representative from Moreland cold called at our door, to persuade us to sell our house with them. They were full of promises at first. They then called us a few times and seeing that they were so eager we signed up with them. They gave us a valuation that we were happy with. Barely two weeks after we signed with them they started to put pressure on us to reduce the price by a large amount, for a quick sale. We were not impressed by the agents they sent to show our house to viewers. The agents came across like they had not researched our property, and were not very good at selling it - they just followed the viewers around in silence, and twice turned up after the viewers had arrived. We felt that Moreland just wanted to pressure us to make a quick sale at a low price and did not put much effort into selling our house. We also got stuck with them for 3 months, due to the contract we had signed. It was a big disappointment and a waste of our time.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, we rented a property with them in Golders Green a few years ago that was in such bad conditions it was a health hazard and clearly had not had the proper checks carried out on it. Steve in lettings was a complete clown who didn't process our forms correctly and didn't correctly sort out our standing order payments. The worst of the lot however was lettings managers Marita, whenever we would call to complain about issues with the property, she'd respond with "I've got 200 emails and I haven't got time to talk to you", a thoroughly unprofessional and rude woman who obviously couldn't manage her own work load. We had to go to a dispute to get our deposit back because the landlady was a spiteful liar with mental issues (obviously the kind of client Morelands likes to deal with...) and Marita knew nothing about the process whatsoever and I was constantly having to tell her she was doing things wrongly. Literally the worst estate agents I have ever met, a bunch of ignorant, lazy and useless clowns who have no idea how to do their job.

GoogleA very professional experience. Vasilis from Moreland was knowledgable about the flat and building and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. GoogleWe asked Moreland to sell two homes, one a rental and one our family house. Jay Rumsey and Edward Gilbert have been easy to work with, make changes when necessary (and asked) and try their best to communicate with you about the entire process.
