GoogleI chose Douglas Martin Hendon to let out my flat after being recommended by a friend. That was 2 years ago and my flat has just been let for the second time. Both times my flat let immediately thanks to Paul! Paul is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and always available via phone or email. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended Paul, Anthony and all the team at Douglas Martin.

We have had Dexters manage 2 apartments in Isleworth for some years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. We have had a number of different Dexters’ employees deal with our various problems and day to day matters and have been pleased with every one of them. We moved from our flat in March, since that time we are trying to get back reimbursement which Dexters agreed to give us back due removing kitchen for two days. Until today we didn’t receive money back. Every month when we chase them, sending emails they are replying that by “14th “we should get our money back. Obviously still didn’t receive it. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. When everything is fine you won’t realize but when you face the issue in your flat/house problems start.

Appalling estate agents. We moved out of the property 20 days ago and the landlord agreed to the full reimbursement of the deposit. As Dexter's holds the deposit, they're not reimbursing our deposit and no one is responding to our emails either. Customer service worse than poor! They only ever created problems when we were living at the property and now they're trying to steal our deposit. Literally no one is replying to our emails.Reply to query. I find it very odd that you can't find me on the database. You still have our deposit. Liaise with Dexter's North, we have given them till 12pm tomorrow to reimburse our deposit after which we will be filing and official complaint and the team at TDS where you pay a premium has assured us that they will assist us with getting our deposit back. I will not be emailing you privately as you requested. As I have sent several emails and your colleagues have failed to respond.
