GoogleThe service we’re receiving from Chancellor’s Barnet branch as a landlord has really gone downhill. The property management team don’t respond at all after having chased them on email and even if we try calling the main line we almost never receive a call back. Please fix this asap - this isn’t the service myself or my family has signed up for!

GoogleI was looking everywhere for a good estate agent and i luckily stumbled across this agency and was greeted and helped by the incredible manager Monty Tang. He listened and dealt with all my requests patiently and perfectly so i would recommend anyone looking for property or planning to sell to go there and ask for him. Thank you again Monty Tang

GoogleMy family moved from Australia to London and due to the help of Sirius from Chancellor's we managed to find a home to rent with ease. He went over and beyond for us, taking videos, giving us his number to contact him as well as replying when he was on holidays as he knew how stressful moving with young children is. We really can't thank him enough.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous. If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors. They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril. In response to the reply below... Have you mislaid all my solicitors' correspondence, (sent to the Directors and branch) by email and post? I don't have anything more to add that has not already been written to you, by my solicitors, regarding the unbelievable breach of data protection by your colleagues, and the arrogance of you, the said Directors, who refused to respond or engage in negotiations. Your lack of customer care supersedes any service I have ever had in the UK - appalling given you are in London and cannot plead ignorance. Data protection should be paramount in any business - clearly not Chancellors.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

He also went for the extra mile covering viewing appointments that were meant to be cancelled due to staff sickness to ensure clients are not let down.
