Bennett & Hall reviews

I had an amazing experience with Bennett & Hall, and I can't recommend them enough! Graham and David were absolute stars throughout the whole process, so professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Buying/selling a home can be stressful, but they made everything feel easy and smooth. From day one, they took the time to understand what I needed and guided me every step of the way. They always had time for my questions (and I had a lot!), and their advice was spot on. You can tell they’ve been in the business for years because their expertise really shows. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and super helpful estate agent in London, Bennett & Hall is the way to go. Thanks again to Graham and David, you guys are the best!

We had a very pleasant experience with Bennett & Hall during our tenancy. We stayed in the flat for almost three years, and throughout that time, David was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it was a leaking tap, a faulty dishwasher, or an issue with the alarm, he always arranged for contractors to come out promptly and get things sorted. It made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. We'd definitely recommend Bennett & Hall to anyone looking for reliable and professional letting agents.

Absolutely fantastic! It is by far the best agency i have ever had the chance to deal with. Both Graham and Dave were excellent in every possible way. They managed to find a property to rent for me and my family but the most important thing for me is the way i was treated. It was with utmost respect, kindness and most of all humanity. Five stars are not enough. Thank you very much!

When you hear so many horror stories about renting and estate agents in London, I can confirm that David and Graham are the antithesis of this. Most of our communication was through our landlord (who was also amazingly helpful), however, whenever we were in communication with David or Graham we were never in doubt and treated as one would expect to be! As many reviews before mine have said, these two are amazing at their jobs and are true gentlemen - I guess they put the “gent” in estate agent… Thank you both!

David, Graham and Sharon at Bennett and Hall have been absolutely fantastic over the past 15 years. They helped me to buy, let out and sell my property in Finchley and throughout they were extremely helpful, and 100% reliable. I felt I could trust them to give me an honest response to any query I had, and I felt well supported as a landlord as well as a seller. Highly recommend this team... if only there were more out there like them!

Brought my property through Bennett and Hall. Graham and Dave are both true gents whose style of showing homes is engaging and informative. This was particularly useful as I was looking at an entirely new area to buy in. They supported me through the process and I’m sure I’ll be giving them a wave through the window now I’ve completed and moved into my lovely new home. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Called to enquire re a property. Made to feel like a nuisance by the lady who answered the phone who was trying to pressure me into doing a viewing when she knew nothing about my situation/if I was even interested in the property. Passed to her colleague who was extremely sarcastic when I asked him why the vendors were selling. Definitely shall not be using them for buying/selling in the future if this is how they treat prospective purchasers/vendors!

David at Bennet and Hall was a brilliant agent. He was always quick to respond and resolve any issues we had. He always did all he could to ensure minimal disruption and even offered support when we had some problems with the owner of a neighbouring property. David is refreshingly personable and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bennet and Hall to a friend or family member.

I used Bennett & Hall for a house sale and I was very happy with their approach (knowledgeable, non-pushy), service and support throughout the process of marketing, viewings and then very importantly communicating along the chain and managing my buyer to overcome all the myriad of little issues that inevitably come along. Thanks to Graham and David!

When we were looking to buy our home in Finchley , the Bettis brothers were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous: not once did they send me to a property that didn't fit my spec. I was terribly sorry that the house we actually ended up buying was not on their books, because I'd far rather they'd got the commission than the rival agents ! Roll on two decades and they still here , helpful and courteous as ever. They organised a viewing for a flat we were looking for on behalf of an elderly aunt , and were very patient, understanding, and respectful- not remotely vulgar or pushy. They certainly appear to be more honest and less money-grabbing than the rest.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
