After an initial hiccough, return to the exemplary excellent standard of communication we have come to expect. As this is the third house we have sold with MAP estate agents. Michael is an experienced salesman, wise, empathetic, humorous and tactful. Andrew as a point of contact for the negotiations, brilliant, we never had to chase him. He kept us informed at every stage and he makes sure the process goes as smoothly as possible, even with any bumps which occur throughout the process. Office staff are polite and efficient. Would recommend.

Wonderful Team, Really great ethos for supporting customers/Clients. Great communication and thorough explanations of processes. We felt very supported throughout the whole process and never felt uncomfortable asking questions or for clarifications. Both Andrew and Claire went above and beyond to support us in a very difficult time in finding our dream home, and we're always friendly voices on the phone along the journey from first visit, to exchange, helping us to find a suitable Solicitors who would work quickly with our extreme time limit. I cannot recommend Andrew McKnight highly enough. From the very beginning of selling my late mums property,he went above and beyond anything I could have expected from an estate agent . This was not simply a case of putting the property on the market and arranging viewings. He genuinely fought my corner every step of the way. Whenever as issue arose,he did everything he possibly could to resolve it,kept pushing when things became difficult and never gave up on getting the sale through . There were so many points where I honestly believe the sale would not have completed without his determination,persistence and willingness to go that extra mile for me . He was always professional,approachable,incredibly supportive and most importantly,he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome. I never felt like I was just another customer or another property on his books . The sale finally completed on Friday, and I can honestly cannot thank him enough. He didn’t just do his job he went above and beyond, and i will always be incredibly grateful for that . Map estate agents have been brilliant at helping us sell our home. Michael was constantly in talks with us about marketing and giving us advice, as well as carrying out all the viewings which eventually led us to selling! Tracy’s support was second to none, she is extremely knowledgeable, and with her calm and reassuring demeanour, when things didn’t always go how we wanted, made the experience much more pleasant, and made us believe we would sell our house in the end, which we did! Hi, all I have to say about “Map estate agents” is if you get Michael for your viewings than you a very lucky. Michael went out of his way to help us decide, with informative advice, regarding not only the property but the area around it too. He was professional and friendly and an absolute delight to chat to. Tracy the sale negotiator was also professional, and friendly and always kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The lettings team (Ben, Stuart and Ross), I can’t thank you enough for all your support and help in finding a new home to rent for myself and my family. You were all so kind and fantastic. Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly. We have had an absolutely fantastic experience selling our property through MAP. Everyone there has been friendly, helpful and supportive. A special thank you to Tracy who has been amazing, keeping us informed throughout and sorting out any issues as they arose. When we had to move to Kent ahead of selling she organised someone to check the house for us and forward post not sent on by the Royal Mail redirection service.
