GoogleWhere do I begin, Just Moovin was recommended by a close friend and what an amazing recommendation it was!
From the first minute Sadek knew how to expertly plan and achieve exactly what i wanted. He broke down the steps involved and kept clear communications with me during entire process.
In the first few days we had more than a dozen viewings. We also received several offers and that showed the level Just Moovin are at!
The whole experience with Sadek allowed me to take a restful approach to selling my home as he clearly knew what he was doing and made me feel valued and engaged. I was regularly updated, he was highly organised and provided a professional and personal service. I felt dedication and the extra mile was always inclusive with Sadek and his team.
I can happily confirm my property has now sold for the exact price i wanted and asked Sadek to achieve in this market!!!
I would absolutely recommend Just Moovin to everyone, as you will find that selling a house isn’t just a process but an entire phase of life and they are the best at what they do.
Once again, my sincerest wishes to Sadek, Ritesh and the team at Just Moovin and hope our paths cross again soon.

GoogleFirst of all I'm gonna say that I would never recommend this company to anyone that going to buy or sell property through justmoovin coz they based on lies. I was purchasing a property through justmoovin everything went through but the last minute they said the tenant refuse to leave but I wastl told before making the offer on the property that these tanents are not an issue they will leave whenever we want. But they actually served the tenant with eviction notice months before I agree to purchase in a result of that I had to rent something which nearly cost me £6000 because of there lies and not clear at the start. So for that reason I'll not recommend Justmoovin to anyone.

Dear Irfan,
We understand your frustration with the purchase, the tenant had been given the correct notices prior to marketing and we did the right due diligence before the property was marketed as there was no reason they would not move when the notice expired.
You were made aware of this prior to your offer being accepted and you decided to proceed with the purchase.
Unfortunately, when the notice expired the tenant decided they wanted to be evicted which was a surprise to everyone and hence the delay.
We did not expect this to happen, and we were just as disappointed as you.
On a positive note, we were made aware of the tenant’s eviction date, it was only fair that we contacted you to advise the tenant has now received a date by court to move. We wanted you to know straightaway as you were the buyer for the property as this was the right thing to do.
The seller wanted to give you first refusal, and you still can purchase the property, but if you are no longer interested, then the property will be remarketed.
We wish you all the best, whatever you decide to do.

GoogleI purchased my first dream home through Just Moovin. I was really happy with the customer service I have received from them especially through Sadek and Mortgage Broker Dhiresh. Their so helpful and explained me everything to me clearly from the start to finish. Their so friendly and easy going person, they provide me with excellent service and professionalism. The process was really easy and simple because I have used their in house mortgage broker and also used their recommend solicitor too, which made the process really simple and quick. I would like to special thanks to Sadek and Mortgage Broker Dhiresh for all the hard work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe had another amazing experience with Sadeq and the team at Justmoovin. Sadeq actually helped us buy our first home 10 years ago, and now he’s helped us move up the property ladder, once again making the whole process smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Just like before, his honesty, guidance, and attention to detail were outstanding. He kept us updated at every stage, made sure everything went according to plan, and truly went the extra mile to make things happen.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy in this business. We’re so grateful for Sadeq’s help both then and now, he really made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy or sell!

GoogleThe professionalism and care that Sadek and the JustMoovin team displayed when selling my property in Barking were unmatched. They negotiated on my behalf to secure the best possible offer, which was a delightful surprise, especially considering my previous, very disappointing experience with one of their competitors.
I truly felt that JustMoovin was dedicated to achieving the best outcome for all parties involved and strived to maintain transparency throughout every step of the selling process. With the team on my side, I felt protected, and any unease I had about the selling process quickly dissipated.
I am happy to serve as a reference for their excellent work at any time in the future.

GoogleEasily the best estate agent around Barking and sounding areas. Very honest and sincere team, very easily explained. Fees are competitive but most importantly they are constantly in contact with you and update you with anything associated with your property. Ive had experiences with other agents, most are dishonest and unreliable. These guys are totally the opposite, no hassle. Sadek is the most professional, yet very approachable agent I’ve met. If you’re selling, definitely contact them. Highly recommended

GoogleRecently purchased a house with just moovin, from the first phone contact, I felt supported by them. The initial viewing was just us and the agent (Sadek), not the crowded ‘open houses’ which seem to be common in this area. There was good contact throughout the process and we would recommend them from a buyers perspective.

GoogleSadek and Ritesh are very honest and down-to-earth people, two important qualities which are often rare to find within estate agents nowadays.
Throughout the entire process of working with JustMoovin, they communicated clearly with us in a timely manner and took all our needs into consideration. They showed a great deal of patience and understanding throughout a very stressful time.
JustMoovin are incredibly efficient and arranged for our house photos to be taken very quickly to get our house live and on the market. Their photographer is independent and was fantastic. He spoke highly of working alongside both Ritesh and Sadek for several years, reaffirming our positive experience with them.
Their commitment and dedication resulted in our house being sold within 1 week of being on the market. We have built a strong rapport with Ritesh and Sadek. We completely trust their advice, knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend others to sell/buy with JustMoovin. You will not only get 5* service but you will also get a personal touch every step of the way. They will market your property and treat it as their own.
