GoogleSarain Bajwa refuses to pay us the rent from our tenants, will not respond and has given no explanation. If you want piece of mind and an agency you trust, I would not use the Bajwa Group. The lack of professionalism and stress caused by Sarain has been incredibly distressing.

GoogleSarain Bajwa has been withholding rent payments owed to us with zero explanation and zero communication. Emails ignored, calls unanswered, and no accountability from anyone in the team. A managing agent that cannot perform the most basic function of paying landlords the rent they are legally due should not be operating. The level of negligence here is astonishing. Avoid at all costs.

From the day I visited their office located on green lane, the team were extremely polite and welcoming and offered me great advice and help. I originally spoke to mohan and surain, and must say that I'm very happy with the re-tiling works completed in my bathroom. Works were completed to a high standard and will recommend to all my close family and friends.

My rental payments arrive promptly on the due date of each month, and I have no need to chase payments. I would 100% highly recommend Sarian Bajwa from Bajwa Group to rent and manage your property!

GoogleRenting and managing your property can be very tough and challenging for most Landlords, but I am having a great experience with the management service so far on my three-bedroom house in Chadwell Heath via Sarain at Bajwa Group. The staff are polite, helpful and very professional at all times. So far, I would very highly recommend the full property management service from the Bajwa Group, Green Lane office if you are a Landlord.

GoogleThe shop has just opened. And I went in there today just for milk and some water. What a lovely cupple. I got the herbs and spices that I was looking for. And gave me a discount, wich I've never had before and he threw a packet of skittles in as well five stars worth it. Thank you.x

GoogleI have now rented 3 of my properties through Sarain Bajwa at the Green Lane Bajwa Group office. The property management service is incredible and pretty much hassle-free. Property inspections are done on a regular basis and the in-house construction and maintenance team take great care of all 3 of my properties. Highly recommended to all landlords.
