Googlewhen my house was empty and i was worried to let out, i approach Atco estates to let out my house. they found a appropriate tenant within two weeks and also i gave them property on management. After one year from the date the took over my hose on management i had no issue at all and they provide me hassle free service and very cost effective too. i recommend this agency to any one if he looking to let out their house on management service its excellent.

Googlethey are very rude and unreliable the property i rented through them had so many problems the boiler didn't work and i contacted them so many times in winter i had to use a electrical heater because the central heating didn't work i had to stay 6 months in that place even though i gave them 2 months notice they said i cant leave before 6 months other wise i will lose my deposit. They should not run this estate agent.

They found a very nice house for me at very affordable rent. I would recommend Atco estates to everyone.

GoogleWe are really happy with the agency services. Good price for a nice flat. From the first day of moving into the property, the agents were very easily approachable. We did have some issues at the property that were not under their control, but we were surprised that how quickly they responded and resolved the issues. We definitely recommend this agency.

GoogleThey are fraud people dont trust them , they charge you too much rent bcz they need money for their fake visas. Bad properties.illegal workers ,too much rents . Council should ban them for cheating people and this countey
