GoogleAvoid these like the plague, terrible company, just a edit as too what problem I actually had dispite providing they application back, bank statements, I'd and everything that they request... They call a week later too say that the landlord had come too pick up the application and our application wasn't in this collection due too the failing to do the credit check in time despite having a week to get all this sorted and having everything you needed to do so, even day of viewing you expressed how you didn't expect the high volume of interested, and it just shows that because of the volume of applications handed in you failed too do all checks this also happened to a friend of mine viewing the same property, if your overwhelmed with applications you should employ more staff or pass it to a estate agent that can get the job done as it makes me worried can you actually manage multiple property's efficiently
For context this person isn’t happy because they weren’t successful in their application for a rental property, nothing to do with the service received. Ultimately it is a landlords decision who they have in their property so this review is totally undeserved! Please think before you leave reviews in future as you are damaging a company’s reputation just out of spite. You could have said something when we spoke to you on the telephone but instead you were nice as pie then ran to the reviews!

GoogleWould definitely avoid this company as a tenant they never do anything with repairs my home is full of damp and has even been deemed as unsafe for my child, the people there are extremely rude and only care about one thing getting they money I have now got in contact with my landlord directly who has agreed to sort my property and soon as my contract ends I will be going directly through him, I wish I could give 0 stars
I think you have the wrong company, you don’t rent off us. Please delete this review.

GoogleVery creepy, kept telling me I was beautiful and asked me out on a date whilst I had my 2 year old son with me. Showed me around a property in bargoed and felt on edge! Couldn’t wait to get out of there
