GoogleAvoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

FacebookI recently rented a property through Apex, have to say Martin and the team were excellent. Kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question I had promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

FacebookI was asked by two of their staff to supply a reference for a previous tenant of mine, and an excellent tenant at that, only to have zero response from them once I'd done so, I shrugged it off thinking it was a bit rude. Today I've found out they've taken £200 registration fees from my old tenant for a house him and girlfriend wanted to move into, on the condition that certain work was completed on the property. That work hasn't been completed and the landlord cannot afford to complete the work, so the house cannot be rented. This was the only property on Apex's list that these nice, honest and hardworking people were interested in, and Apex are saying they will only refund half of the £200 fees as it isn't their fault. I'm sure they're most likely behaving within certain laws, though morally this is wrong. My previous tenant, now my friend, is taking them to a small claims court. I urge anyone considering renting through Apex not to hand over any money to them until you're certain a property can be moved into, and not to rely on their word that work will be carried out.

FacebookWe’re in a rented property and we’ve been left without gas or hot water for a full week over Easter. We have two kids in the house and I’m pregnant with a disability. Disgusting company with no morals. Would not recommend to anyone!
