GoogleAfter receiving a dozen txt messages from Megan to visit a property, I attended only to later find out that I wasted an entire morning of my time. After calling the office and leaving messages on Megan's phone the company failed to reply. I find this an appalling way of doing business. If wasting my time was non-intentional they sure did not care to let me know the reason.

Good Morning Mark,
We are always keen to hear feedback and improve on our service where we can. As a small business we will try and improve on all areas we need to. We are only too aware that no one is perfect 100% of the time.
On this occasion, we cannot find your details registered anywhere on our system, which would make it impossible for you to have viewed one of our properties.
Also, The feedback you have given doesn’t make sense to me. Although Megan is a director and a vital part of our business, she does not get involved with the day to day booking and conducting of appointments. You also have not given any information about where the property was, so I cannot narrow it down that way either to find out who it was you could have been dealing with.
We always encourage feedback and anyone is welcome to contact me directly at luke@lpse.co.uk so I can discuss your experience and work out who it was that you were dealing with, but suspect you have the wrong company.

GoogleWe found the service from first valuation appointment to completion exceptional. Communication with Norman who handled our sale with energy and efficiency was great- he didn’t hesitate to get in touch and talk us through issues such as presentation of our home and the market and he worked very hard to achieve an excellent result for us in a relatively short time.
Becky managed our sale very efficiently and we felt in safe hands throughout.

Wow! A fantastic trouble free service from the moment I walked through the door. A Lovely welcome from Becky who was always 'in the loop' And Luke attended my late mums house for the valuation and was extremely polite and throughout the whole process was very accommodating to our needs. Norman attended all the viewings and was an absolute gentleman throughout. The photos of mums house were beautiful and showed the love and happiness from within. Luke, Norman and Becky assured us that we leave it all to them and they will deal with everything, which we did and it went smoothly for us. Luke, Norman and Becky dealt with all the pics, energy readings, viewings, solicitors and all the crap in between. They sorted things out and gave us update all the time. We were so very impressed with this professional firm. They don't heavy sell, tell you to de personalise your home, walk around the house saying what people will do when they move in, stand outside your home looking at the roof and surrounds whilst you stand at the front door without introducing themselves or act like they are doing you a favour by going with them!! (I think you know the agent in the high street).. Lancasters are Banstead! They know the people, the houses, they are the community. The paperwork was immaculate and not complicated and overall an amazing and pleasurable experience throughout a very difficult and emotional time for my family. Can't wait to sell my house now and buy another one, through Luke of Lancasters of course

Also, the member of staff you refer to has not worked for us over 2 months now and was only on a trial period, working on Saturdays dealing with minimal clients while training.
