GoogleThis was our 2nd time using UPS. Deciding to downsize & putting our house on the market on Friday 13th March, just as a worldwide pandemic was announced probably wasn’t the best idea. Faith secured several viewings and we had a sale agreed just before lockdown. However our sale, along with the rest of the world went on hold. Despite unprecedented times, Jonathan kept in touch & guided us through the process, ensuring we were informed at every step of the way. When the removal day finally came at the end of September (we were in thee longest chain EVER!) it was traumatic, nothing at all to do with UPS, Jonathan stayed in touch, listening to our woes and offering advice. I can honestly say I wouldn’t consider any other estate agent.

Given the current Covid crisis and my need to move quickly, the usual formalities were accomplished with competence and speed. Jonathan from Bangor UPS talked us through the whole process, got the house on the market quickly, gave us excellent advice regards viewings and offers and got the photographer around really quickly. The photos were brilliant and the numerous viewings were arranged really well. We were kept informed instantly of offers by Garth, Faith and the rest of the team and given great advice on the best way to proceed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ulster Property Sales to deal with your house sale.

GoogleVery satisfied with how the estate agent, Jonathan, treated us when we came to review the property for the first time. There tends to be stigma around younger buyers since most of us are not cash buyers and Garth had been a great help and exceptional medium between us and the vendor. I felt they were open and honest from the beginning and today we are happy homeowners.

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.

Google*** Edit to your response. It was your Bangor branch we dealt with and was them who text us. If give me your name I will contact you, as our experience was very poor and unprofessional and if you can improve on this and stops others having same experience then I am happy to discuss. *** Very poor communication which turned in contact via text messages rather than phone call, 3 Fridays in a row just before 5pm text message with information that we then couldn't get clarification until Monday. Completely messed us around never use again.
